Easy to phone. Couldn't solve my question but that's fine for now. I was able to ask a few questions before buying a policy.

I cannot remember the last time we have received such efficient, polite, and professional service. Louise was incredibly helpful and resolved our query within a matter of minutes - from start to finish the call lasted 8 minutes - Wow! In that time she had taken the call from myself spoken to my partner to receive confirmation that I could speak on his behalf, completed all due diligence in respect of policy detail, taken our query and investigated the issue and resolved. Apart from that she was very easy to speak to, established a rapport instantly and even had time to have a laugh or two with us. This is our first introduction to Ladybird and I hope this service is standard throughout the time of our policy - Louise was a refreshing change from dealing with " customer service" I wouldn't ordinarily spend time on review a review however I can only describe the service we have received as EXCEPTIONAL. In the age of automation, chatbots and significant "please hold the line you are caller number 4billion in the queue" this service should be recognised and acknowledged as a credit to the business and Louise definitely an asset to the company. WELL DONE LADYBIRD & LOUISE!

Would not recommend in any way shape or form. Ridiculous charges to cancel a policy that’s not even active.

Guys don’t ever get insurance with this scammer insurance agent or company what ever they are . as they rip me off . FCA needs to revoke their licence as they are doing dodgy business and ripping people off

I’m writing with good faith In fact I’m in Agony since i took insurance of my car on 03/07/26 with ‘Ladybird Car Insurance Company’ it was disastrous, each day twice I’m receiving email upon email for the proof of ‘No Claim Bonus’ from 04/07/2026 customer team member asking me to submit NCB Poof. Unfortunately i called customer service several times and informed them that i never protected NCB because huge amounts to pay to protect NCB that’s why i don’t have any proof of NCB. I’m driving since 1986 i never protect to waste my extra money. Unfortunately I’m disappointed and on 09/07/2026 after 6/days i requested them to cancel policy and refund whole year amount i paid and customer team told me they will deduct minus £389/ with extra fees cancellation fees of £98 from total amount. Question arises why all this deduction is very higher i never heard this big amount before in my life. And i said to worker you deceiving the driver and he said we are agent the broker.
‘Right Choice Insurance Broker’ i said i didn’t know they are 3/company taking profits from the amount the driver paid. No/3 is ‘Covea Insurance&Co’ which is the main provider of car insurance an i was in Agony, i Pray to God ‘No Driver’ should take cover with Ladybird Car Insurance they are ‘Deceiver’ Also quickly i checked in agreement what’s written within 14/days cancellation fees is£10 and after 14/days period is £32/fees.
Basically i didn’t receive refund from Ladybird instead I’m receiving email for ‘NCB PROOF’
Also i realized Ladybird is a 3rd Party Agent taking profit from drivers and getting richer. This is Completely FRAUDULENT?
How UK Government Excepting Fraudulent Companies Even They Pay Tax To Government This Is Profit Making Game Grabbing Money To Get Richer & Deceiving Drivers.
Also They Deceive To Old Drivers like Me I Will Be Retiring After Few Years!

This is the worst insurance company I’ve ever dealt with. Don’t be fooled by they are the cheapest on comparethemarket.please you will regret it. I got a bad feeling after talking to them and looking at reviews. Too late I gave them £714. Decided to cancel. The insurance had not started still 10 days to go. They charged me £143 to cancel. Cancel is normally £40 to £50 scammers. In my opinion go will second cheapest I will.

It was easy to change details for my car over the phone now happy to keep things legal and operator was very clear on his voice and very helpful due to bad line so thanks
