I bought a ticket to go to Lost Chamber Aquarium in Dubai, when arrived at the entry acces was refused because ticket was already used. I had to call a number in GB (+44), which cost me an arm to call and solve this problem. That being said the support was helpful and sent me quickly another ticket that was working just fine. In the end it worked out, but I paid the same price than regular entry (Phone call included). For a first experience, I wont use their service again.

Bought my tickets to MotionGate Dubain about 3 weeks in advance. The price was only marginally cheaper than other sites. Email communications were good. And would have given it 5*, however I think it would be better to provide the tickets at the time of booking, rather than the night before or on the day of scheduled booking. This led me into panic mode on the morning of the booking, but the staff on Watsapp were excellent and supportive to make sure everything flowed fine. They had indeed sent me an email the night before with all the tickets, but it was slightly confusing I had 2 tickets, 1 for the actual entry into the park, and the 2nd for the Fast passes. You have to be careful and read exactly what each ticket is for so that you have it ready to scan. staff were excellent, but just due to the above couple of things, I have rated a 4* (mainly down to the process).
