It was a bitter and bad experience for me and my family, as I bought 3 tickets and had to enter and stand in line to wait for 40 minutes in order to let the child into the first game. I was surprised that the employee did not accept the child’s entry under the pretext of his short stature, knowing that there was no one at the entrance to the game to verify his safety. The appropriate length instead of stopping the customer for long periods of waiting and then being rejected. Also, the existing manager does not find a solution for the customer and the staff is not cooperative, which forced me to file a complaint with the management and leave the place and demand that they compensate me for the tickets or refund the amounts paid to purchase the tickets, but there has been no response so far.
I am surprised by the inappropriate treatment I found and the employees’ indifference to customers’ feelings, from my experience, which caused the loss of my time and money.
