What a great safe and friendly…
What a great safe and friendly experience. First of all and especially for the ladies. This company is in a safe area not like other dodgy places where you have to watch your back the whole time. The person dealing with me was kind, professional and quick. No hassle. All documentation was done quick. The process was physically taking place in front of me and we'll explained whilst the machine did the examination. I don't get impressed by service easy cause at most places there are none. But here was real service excellence. I will definitely recommend this company. This person really made me feel like an important client. I was really treated like VIP. Thank you so much Julian. You will definitely see me again.

Went into the Darrenwood branch today to see Mandy. What a lovely experience. She was so welcoming and friendly and made me feel at ease for selling my items. She explained the whole process of how it works and what to expect of the outcome. While valuating the items we had a lovely chat. I truly got more than I bargained for in return for selling my items, and super happy for this experience. Thank you Mandy, I will definitely recommend and use your services again. An awesome company and instant payment.

Excellence experience…
I had an excellence experience at GoldTrust Centurion. The service I’ve received from Nico was truly outstanding, professional, friendly, honest and efficient. That’s the reason why I went back to him instead of choosing one of the other companies…Nico made the entire process smooth and stress-free, and I felt valued and well-taken care of. I highly recommend their service
