I have noticed are holes in my impact screen. After sending an email on 8/02/2026. Rob Hart from golf bays uk responded to me on the morning of the 9th. We exchanged emails through the day and correspondence was very good from Rob. After a few emails Rob phoned me which was a real surprise. After having a great chat on the phone and Rob explained to me why holes may appear makes really good sense and explains a lot. Rob as kindly offered to replace my screen and I can’t thank Rob enough for doing that. Within 24 hours everything has been resolved so thank you Rob

Update on the previous review. Although it was a rare occurrence as I learned, I did have a long wait for shipment. But, the company did reach out and accompany me along the way with the whole process to make sure the manufacturing was handled correctly and expediently. Things happen in business and what separates the good companies from the bad ones are the people make it a priority to help.

I had on online consultation to size up the simbox and it arrived as promised. I had a couple of questions re the assembly, so I emailed the questions to GolfBays. Within the hour the founder Rob was connected by FaceTime from the USA to talk me through my query. Everything was resolved, thanks Rob.
It works well, so I’ve now ordered the launch monitor and short throw projector. Pricing is competitive, especially if you register for the 5% discount.

Top notch product and service for GolfBays. I took the opportunity of upgrading my Spornia screen with a SimBox enclosure for my garage based golf simulator.
I found the guidance on their website and associated YOUTUBE material very clear and helped my choice between SimBox and competitor. The order process was very smooth, product was delivered on next day delivery with FedEx. The construction was simple and I was super impressed with the product (quality of the enclosure and pro+ screen).
However, when I pointed out to them the colour had run slightly in the bottom corner of the fabric onto the screen, a replacement was dispatched rapidly with no quibble.
Very pleased with my choice, and hopefully the enclosure can help me stay on top of my game through the winter.

I’ve converted a double garage into a Golf Simulator room with the help from the guys at Golfbays.
