Please accept my sincere apologies. A delay in processing a refund is understandably frustrating.

Thank you for your feedback, and I’m sorry for the frustration you’ve experienced.

I’ve looked into your order and can confirm that the three hoodies you’re still waiting for are currently with your local courier and should be delivered within the next two days. The delay is due to these items being dispatched from a separate warehouse. The tracking on your order should help you monitor the progress.

We chose this material blend specifically for its high-stretch and lightweight performance on the course, and while we receive a lot of positive feedback and repeat orders from golfers who love that athletic feel, we completely understand that fabric preference is subjective.

​I apologise for the delay in the refund window; we have been working through a backlog following the Bank Holiday. Regarding your comments on the fabric and fit, we recognise that quality is often subjective based on a golfer's personal preference for weight and stretch. We are UK based and do monitor quality closely and source and ship our items internationally.However, we are looking into the sizing consistency of this specific batch with our production team.

While the vast majority of our customers love our leakproof golf bottles, it’s clear we let you down on the delivery and service side this time. We have recently upgraded to fully tracked 7-day shipping from our technical facility to ensure that delays like this are a thing of the past.
