Got myself a Bluebells T-shirt, arrived today, not impressed with the quality to be honest. And sizing is all over the place, XL usually is super loose on me, but not this one. Will see how it wash after.

Delivery is really quick is maybe the only positive i have. Unfortunately the quality of care and items not so much. My first order with them they sent out the wrong sized jumper and the one they did send had dropped stitching. (They did send a replacement out though which was fine)

I gave them a second chance and ordered some of their mystery bundle items. (Yes expecting to be a few minor flaws) I ordered 2 sweatshirts, they sent 2 plain sweatshirts which were exactly the same which look all bobbled, and way oversized from a normal medium size! A pair of jogging bottoms that were supposed to medium ladies yet, were more sized like an XXL and for someone agout 6ft tall, which all the lettering has peeled off and the labels cut out inside. And lastly a light pink backpack which was absolutly filthy with stains and in no packaging. That cost me £79.

I don't think i'll be ordering anything again unfortunately. The quality reveived vs the price paid is extremely poor in my opinion.

I've been a fan of Goose & Gander for a while, so when my latest jumper arrived with a small hole, I emailed the team simply to let them know for quality control. I had already repaired it myself and made it clear that I wasn't looking for a replacement or a refund—I just thought they should be aware.

To my surprise, Izzie responded and organised a replacement jumper anyway. It was completely unexpected and such a thoughtful gesture.
From the first email to the replacement arriving, the whole process was friendly, professional and incredibly easy. It's rare to come across customer service that goes above and beyond when they don't have to, and that's exactly what happened here.
The quality of their clothing is one of the reasons I keep coming back, but experiences like this are what turn customers into loyal supporters.

A huge thank you to Izzie and the Goose & Gander team. You've gained a customer for life, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Goose & Gander to anyone looking for great clothing backed by genuinely outstanding customer service.

J’ai commander depuis le 3 juin un t-shirt et un short qui ne sont toujours pas arrivé. Malgré plusieurs mails fait au service client pour m’apporter une solution, je n’ai pas de réponse ni de solution alors que mon colis est porté disparu depuis 2 mois quasiment, je suis vraiment en colère.

Amazing customer service! I had an issue with some clothes I’d bought in store on holiday and emailed customer services for help, Izzie was fantastic and dealt with my issue straight away. I’ve bought lots of clothes from here and I’ll continue to do so!

Not inclusive. By refusing to offer the option of a paper receipt this company is excluding those who don't use email or smartphones, there are many older people who still fall into this category. I was told if I didn't hand over an email or mobile number I couldn't have a receipt and wouldn't be able to return any purchases. Having now looked at other reviews on here it is now clear that they just want this information to spam you. For this reason I will never purchase from them again.

I have brought a lot from here, in store and online. Always super pleased with the quality and customer service.

Only note is that their cream looking jumper is actually Sand. This was very misleading as the photo was so different. But they were so good about refunding and returns that it is completely fine.

I never leave reviews anywhere but I really had to with these guys. Ive ordered twice off them before and they always arrive on time, quality is amazing and I loveeee the designs! Ive had the sweatshirts, knitted jumpers and the matching striped set. You can tell this brand really takes pride in their products. Sizes are spot on too. Just ordered another knitted jumper as these are my favourite and thought id leave a review on my way out. Honestly love this brand and can't wait to see what other designs come out in the future!!

Ugh I just wish I had more money so I could buy EVERYTHING. Their fleeces and wooly jumpers are my absolute faves, I pretty much only wear goose and gander clothing now as it is SO comfy and genuinely beautiful.

I did accidentally ruin my wooly hoodie with the matching joggers by putting it in the dryer (I blame my husband for that tbf)😂 so please do use something like woolite for your wooly clothing and dry gently! Theyll last forever if you give them the right care!

Obsessed with goose and gander and so is my husband. Highly highly recommend!

Also had the privilege of going to their store in Bristol and it was so cute and lovely and the staff were amazing, helpful and kind ❤️ all around 5 star company! Always keeping their looks fresh ❤️

Site easy to use and a good selection of garments and colours, I bought a beautiful fleece for myself and my daughter bought me another in a different colour so easy to wear and warm when out walking. Sizes generous which is great for layering

I'm new to G&G - I'd previously seen their products advertised but didn't live near a shop until recently.
They opened in St Ives (Feb 26)and I am getting quite the collection of items.
I absolutely love the Bluebell design and got a T.shirt & striped jumper - great quality.
My latest purchase (today) was the new Nautical Sea Shell Tote - absolutely love it.

Really great until you want to return an item 🙂‍↕️ had to pay extra to have money refunded back to my card - never ever had to pay that before! Such a shame as items are lovely I am afraid I wont shop with them again.

I have a few items from G&G, they are good quality, wash well, no shrinkage, and long lasting. Quite pricey, unless you buy in the sale, but I am very happy with my purchases.
