rip off - charge 17 x the original price
They don't provide a service but it's a scam. First result in google when searching for esta to Israel. Same procedure needed as on the original governmwnt homepage. The carge 17 x more than the original homepage (150 usd vs 8 usd) and are much slower ( instant visa on government homepage vs. 45 min on govis). I cancelled my credit card after using it for the payment because i fear the steal my infos.
Support was not helpful. Cancellation not possible. Was i. A hurry at the airport and did not check properly. My fault in the end but this company's business model is based on lack of awareness ripping off customers.

I paid $149 for Sri Lanka visa
I paid $149 for Sri Lanka visa. I submitted a copy of original passport. I was granted a visa. However, they put the wrong date of birth in the visa entry form and I was denied the entry. I had to pay fee for visa on arrival. I requested for a refund including partial refund. They denied it. Unacceptable. I would be not using this service going forward

Govis charge a lot and don't get the job done. I tried multiple time with them and they failed to even get an application through.
I complained to them and they told me they would give me an 80% refund within 30 days. I am still waiting...!!!!

Scam company with very misleading website. Avoid and if you have unfortunately been scammed like we have, please report to police and also make a fraud claim with your bank or credit card. Reporting to the police is very important because they have a copy of your passport. You should also request that the company delete all your data and issue a refund.

The visa through their website cost about 5 (!!!) times more than applying through the official government website, yet the processing took 1 hour and 20 minutes, despite them advertising 1-hour expedited processing.
In comparison, when applying directly through the official government website, the visa was issued in about 2 minutes (!!!).
In the end, their service was completely unnecessary, as we ended up using the official provider anyway.
What is even more concerning is that they refused to refund the $149 fee, despite the service not being delivered as advertised and despite my multiple emails. They offered only a small partial refund of $20, which has still not been issued, even though it has been nearly 1 month since my initial request.
After checking Trustpilot, it appears that many other customers are reporting similar experiences - being charged high fees for services that add no real value.
Overall, a very disappointing and frustrating experience....

Govis.ai advertises with a 24 hour delivery time of visas for India. We didn't receive the visa within the 24 hour. In fact, we didn't receive it at all. Due to the Middle East crisis this is a big problem for us.
Govis.ai states that there is "a high demand or errors in our application". If so, why was our application agreed upon and our money cashed by Govis.
Govis.nl does not respond to our refund claim!
In respons to the reaction of Govis:
- nowhere on the Govis website they refer to the 24 hour procestime for speed submission, it is suggested that the visa is received in 24 hours!. To my opinion this is misleading customers;
- the visa submission was -if handled by Govis in time- done on March 8th. I still haven't received the visa, so now the official lead time of the Indian government for delivery (4 days) is now exceeded. Govis does not explain why this is and Govis only states that it's out of their control! Govis respons negative to refund claim.

We paid 300$ with this company to receive visas in 24 hours for India. The visa processing time took a lot longer than the 24 hours so we missed our flight. They argued that 24 hours is only their own processing time and then the processing time at the gov page should start.
That is very deceptive marketing with false advertising. Please be careful.
UPDATE: Do not use the service it is a complete scam and false advertisement, I am taking legal action against this company now.

Big scam. Paid €500 for fast delivery visum sri lanka. They just build a tool connecting with official site. Procedure stays the same. And at arrival ( when you are late with apply like us …) visum is fixed for $60 per person in 30 seconds at the arrival desk

This company is deceptive and deceitful. While planning for a wedding in Israel, the party sent the wrong link to order the $7 Visa required to enter Israel. They sent the link to this site which has a landing page to make it look like an official government page. We were duped, and like an idiot paid $99x2 for visas. Within 3 hours, the link was corrected but the company refused to refund us. Scammers.

Scammers! Their website looks very misleading. The name .gov suggests official government sites. They charged 199USD for a NZ visa, which should cost around 80USD. Realized it too late. Absolute criminals.
