Scam company
This website is a scam. It seems all people go there by mistake just because they look like legit official website and they show up on top of search results.
What they do is charge you a huge amount of money for a visa / eta that you can apply for on an official website for a fraction of the price. They don't offer anything on top of it so there is absolutely no reason to pay them the ridiculous commission. In fact what I've learnt when it was too late already was that the official website was much easier to use.
Waste of time and money!
Also, all of the few remaining positive reviews are clearly fake because they don't describe the typical experience you have with this website.

SCAM!!! Do not use!!! They charge 99$ for an ETA, when it costs 7$ on the official website. It’s misleading and they pay google to be higher in search results in order to trap people who need to apply for an Israeli ETA and are not careful enough to check that it’s not an official website!

Watch out! It is not the official website…
I thought it was the official website for issuing the ETA. However, that is not the case. It is a provider that charges $99 instead of the $7 charged by the official website. Unfortunately, I realized this too late. At least the ETA was issued correctly and without any problems. But I really felt ripped off.
I also asked them to delete my personal data. This was in January 2025. I am still waiting for the confirmation of the deletion.

Unsatisfactory site …
They kept saying the uploaded picture wasn’t good. I redid the picture a number of times and got the same results I emailed the support contact but got no help. When I finally emailed that I would contest the credit card charge I suddenly got my approved visa. NOT RECOMMENDED.

Do not use this website
Do not use this website for anyone with exempt passports. Israel ETA visa only cost 25 ISL (around 7 euro) and they charged 99USD (around 86 euro).
They set their website misleadingly looks like official government website. The site take too much profit and scamming people to pay something that is 10 times more the official price, for people who do not know that they can process the visa themselves online.
Of course you cannot have your refund even though their service is blatantly a fraud.

Application fields through govis.ai website are inconsistent with official application fields and guidelines, leading to rejection and loss of “speedy processing fees”. This is a scam.

Do Not Purchase These Services
They claim that they can turn around visa applications and charge premiums for turn around times. They are basically just admin processing - they can’t ensure your visa comes back quicker or anything like that. Go through the official government sites for your visas. I’m in the process of claiming back through my credit card, they have refused my request for a refund, still to this day I don’t have a visa which I’d paid for. Scam of a business and when you start to ask for a refund, they ignore your emails.
