I googled entry requirements for Israel to buy the new entry VISA. This was the first google result, and I was fooled into thinking it was the official Gov website for ETA VISA applications - including use of the name GOVIS being Gov of Israel. The website is clever and looks like the official Gov website.

I had no idea of what the genuine cost is so I proceeded to buy 4 for my family at a cost of USD 99 per person, total USD396. Approvals came next day.

I have since realised this is not the official website but one portraying itself as the offiicial one, and they charge 14 times (!!!) the genuine cost which is approx USD 7 per application.

I will now place the entire transaction in dispute with my credit card as I am protected in the UK under consumer law as no T&Cs were provided at any time, just an invoice for what I paid and a link to download documents when thet were eventually there. One looks a different format to the others so I'm not even sure it will work so I had to re-buy from the official government website, fortunately at tiny (official) cost rather than the rip-off daylight robbery prices GOVIS charge.

I suggested a partial refund by way of compromise which they declined, so I am now placing the entire transaction into dispute with my Credit Card seeking full repayment of the exhorbitant charges on the basis of misrepresentation and no T&Cs provided.I am protected in the UK.

Note Trustpilot shows many fake reviews have already been removed, which tells you a lot about this company.

Make sure you use the official website (Trustpilot don't allow links) where the offical pice per ETA VISA is just NIS25 = USD7.66 (as opposed to USD 99 per VISA !!!)

GOVIS appeared as the top Google result when I searched for ETAs for Israel, and the name suggested an official government service. Unfortunately, my ETA contained an error in the passport number. I was unable to check in and had to purchase a second ETA from another provider very urgently. The experience was stressful, and costly. I contacted GOVIS support; Marie initially assured me my case would be handled, but despite multiple reminders I have not received a refund. I hope this review helps other travellers — read other reviews and double-check before you pay.

You are being scammed! They make out like they are a government website, but their an AI company. They charge 21 times what you will pay for a Visa.

Everything was very fast, I talked with an agent from the support team also, and the response was almost instant. And the visa came out in less than an hour. Very pleased with this service!

I needed an Israeli visa last minute because I was not aware about the 2025 changes. Being at the check in counter i was asked about it so I went to Google and this company came up, i thought is the official website. It was saying 1 hour visa for 149$. Nothing was coming back after my payment, so I searched more and found the official website that charged me about 7$(25shekels) and got the approval in 1 minute. This company came after 1 hour and 20 minutes with the result that was making me to lose the flight. I asked for refund, they said no. I made chargeback, they said the legal team will fight it because I accepted terms and conditions.
Acoid them by all costs!

We paid for 3 days service and when the visa did not arrive, tried to contact them without luck. Took 3 messages and more than 28 hrs to answer. Put the blame on the authorities. I paid another agency for 24 hrs visa application and recived it on time. GOVIS refuse to refund me although the have not provided the service I the time frame required and paid for.

The system kept rejecting my application due to a glossy passport picture and customer service intervened and resolved the issue in time for me to board my plane. Thank you.

This is a scam. It's the first result when you look up Israel Visa and looks legit. They charge $99 to $149 for a visa that costs $8. STAY AWAY!

They overcharge and good I caught them and stopped using it. Eg Obtaining ETA for Israel , they charge 10x more than the govt legit site for the same amount of effort. I am sure they are legit and can get the travel document but charging 10X for the same amount of effort is a scam. So ensure you do your research and find the right website in obtaining travel document to any countries.

Do not bother using this website for India Visa's. Even the 24 hour processing at an extra cost is just praying on people who are desperate. You are better off doing Visa through official government website. I am fortunate my expense is covered by my employer. 24 hour emergency processing e-visa took over 3 days to receive.

Very fast and efficient!

They have deceived me; they are unable to provide the official Israeli visas. I had to obtain two visas, which cost £11; these unscrupulous individuals charged me £73.00 for a single visa... utterly disgraceful. GOVIS LLC, you have 48 hours to refund my money in full—every last penny. My next move will be to plaster the owners' faces all over LinkedIn. Furthermore, I will reach out to the Israeli government and demand that your services be revoked based on false and misleading promises.

I arrived at the airport to check in for my flight when the agent said I need a visa I did not know I needed a visa as I had been to the country many times before and did not need one.

I had just about an hour to get this sorted before my flight closed I started the process and had everything sorted in about 40 minutes.

The whole journey from start to finish was seamless.

This is a scam, they charge 99$ for something that costs 21$ without giving you any advantage. I was successful in disputing the charge with my bank. I encourage anyone who fell for this to dispute the charge.
