Don't use it for an ETA-IL.
I was trying to get a visa for an important trip. This was the only option that google was offering. The only offer was for an expedited visas for $99 dollars and up. Only after paying the full price and doing lots of research did I notice the fine print explaining that it's possible to get the (ETA-IL) visa directly (for about $7)without their assistance/interference...My loss thanks to Google's misleading landing page combined with their misleading website...
If you actually need a rush visa from a country that has long processing times it may be worth it. Otherwise...

I expect a refund, and that you enlarge the 'fine print' that explains that it is possible to apply for a visa directly.

Caution: Rip-off!
I googled for ETA for Israel and the top hit was govis.ai, which on the first sight looked like an official site. After I provided all the Information for 7 persons, I saw the fee:
99 USD per Person!
I was lucky that I noticed it before I agreed. The governmental site offers the same service for 7,52 USD per person. Which, by the way, is more comfortable, because it reads the infomation from the passport scan, so it saves you not only a lot of money, but also a lot of work.
govis.ai would have been the 13-fold price!
My advice: Keep away from it.

This Company is a scam. They scammed me $200 , promised to refund and never did. They did nothing for me but kept my money. Please do not engage them. My reference number was 231081
The SUPPORT TEAM is also a ghost team with automated responses that you cannot reply to. Bogus numbers. Thiefing poor people money.
They keep referring you to their support team with no results.
I was informed by the support team that my refund was being processed since 25th July. To date i have not received any money. Fake and false promises .

27th August update - following my review ( see above) and relentless follow up by my wife , Govis finally refunded our $200 . We thank youand commend you for doing the honourable thing since no service was really provided by govis hence the charge was unjustified.

They charged me $200 for a UAE tourist visa, which was clearly overpriced. After I sent the money, they emailed me again claiming that their sponsor in the UAE required an additional $700 as a security deposit—without offering any guarantee or explaining when or how I would get this money back. I wrote to them asking for clarification, but they never replied. At that point, I decided to leave the site permanently.

Misleading service, refused refund
I paid Govis for an Israel visa application and their system would not accept my passport page. After multiple attempts, I decided to apply directly on the official Israeli government website, where the same passport page was accepted immediately, and my visa was issued within minutes.
The official site cost me about a tenth of the price, while Govis charged much more and then refused to refund me. They claimed my documents were “not correct,” which is false, since the Israeli government site accepted them without any issue.
This service feels misleading and expensive compared to the straightforward official site. I strongly recommend using the official Israeli government visa portal instead of Govis.

They charged me €165 for an Israel visa — a price that is several times higher than the official cost. The real visa price is much lower, and they do not make that clear before payment. When I asked for a refund, they refused and instead sent me an intimidating email threatening to cancel my visa, report me to my bank, and even take legal action if I did not withdraw my dispute — despite the fact that I had already canceled it.
This is not how a legitimate service behaves. Their practices are misleading, overpriced, and aggressive toward customers who question the charge. Save yourself the trouble and go directly through the official visa website instead of paying an inflated fee to a middleman.

I strongly urge everyone to avoid GoVis at all costs. Their practices are unacceptable, and platforms like this should be banned to protect innocent customers.

This company advertises on google so when people search for ETA Israel (Travel visa) they come up first, take all your information, then charge $99. In reality, this costs 25 shekel on the Israeli government website, which is about $7. So they are scamming people by charging about 1400% of the cost. Go to gov.il instead.

After contacting my credit card company for a refund, Gomis had the gall to challenge it, despite having not fulfilled their obligations (they failed to get the ETA-IL within the stated time period) in addition to being a massive rip off.

These folks are real artist scammers.
I applied for a visa on July 30, 2025, for Dubai. They gave me a 24-hour deadline and charged me USD 349 for priority service. A few hours later, they responded saying that immigration services wanted a security deposit of AED 2,500, with a payment link. After 48 hours and several contacts with support, I started to get worried, thinking I had been scammed.
I went to the Emirates office and explained the situation. They contacted immigration in Dubai, who informed me that there was no visa requested in my name. They issued a visa within an hour, charging USD 160. After I already had my visa, imagine today receiving an email from support saying that my visa assessment was difficult and that I would probably only receive a visa in a few days.
These are real facts. Please do not apply for visas on this site; it's a scam.

They charged us $99 for a $8 visa. We eventually did it ourselves online which took 3 minutes. Their visa only arrived over 12 hours later. I emailed them immediately after I realised I could do it myself and I'm still waiting for their answer.
There is no way to cancel the order. Their argument was that they rendered the service, however I already had the visa I did myself. I couldn’t wait for them. Their “24 hour” online service was anything but online when we needed answers

They are so scammy that they process service you quickly with no way for you to cancel the order. Or even appeal to cancel it quickly! Folk with 1 star review are real folks and victims to these disgusting scammers.

I have been trying to cancel my application immediately after submitting it. There is no mechanism for cancelling on the website. No response from them only a ticket number. No action on the ticket.
However, I have now received an email saying they have gone ahead and processed it. Quite a scam! I will cancel the credit card charge.
Response to Govis: I notified immediately after the submission via your recommended ticket system as your guidelines indicated. The time stamp indicates this was well before processing began as indicated in your guidelines. My email and subsequent ticket was not responded to until many hours later. Instead on responding to me as you advised you would, you went ahead and processed and submitted my application telling me the next day it was “TOO LATE”. That is a lie!! You are now preventing me from cancelling the credit card charge by saying you have completed the service!!
These are the facts! Your guidelines indicate you can cancel an application prior to processing! I gave you plenty of notice!
Your website is masquerading as a New Zealand Government website for visa submissions. This is intentionally misleading travellers! My criticism is valid! I deserve a refund and an apology! I hope this helps other travellers beware of your dishonesty!
