I applied for a visa to Sri Lanka for me, my son and my husband.

My and my husband's visa arrived immediately, due to my mistake 2 times in the insertion of my son's passport photo, I could no longer go ahead independently. I wrote an email right away as it was recommended to me by the online chat and within a week I received the visa. This week they asked me for the data that was needed to fix things (also because my son is a minor), but they always wrote to me about the status of the proceedings, letting me know that they were following the process, even if I still didn't receive the visa.

It all went well and they were very nice.

I do not recommend this website. I tried to use this website for my Morocco visa. They kept asking for the same information over and over again. My process was meant to be 48hrs. Took over a week of back and forth emailing, only to tell me they can’t process the visa. I had to use another agency and got the same visa within 24hrs+. This website is run by a bunch of dummies who don’t have a clue about what they are doing. The worst part is they don’t provide you a number to call, mainly cause their English name gimmick will be blown, and also when I asked for a refund they told me to pay 50% of my fee for a cancellation. So in the end I got no visa from them and they still asking me to pay to cancel my application.

Edit: eventually got my money back, but I still wouldn’t recommend using this service for your visa application. Their incompetence almost cost me a lot of money and I would have missed my honeymoon if I didn’t use another company. They need to invest in better communication, example: have a WhatsApp number for faster response.

I applied for a visa to India via this company. Support agent Nick helped me to complete the application. Visa was ready is 3 days.

I looked for the govis website to send a link to a friend and found this reviews site on google was amazed by the service applied for a visa to Vietnam got it quickly all was great had a great experience the person who replied to my status questions was polite and professional highly recommend no other visa site gives personal response surprised to get a response in about an hour

Good day, i applied for a visa to Morocco. I could not submit the photo, i contacted the support. Jason was very kind and offered assistance. I managed to submit the form and i received the visa within a day. I would use the service again.

Scam, they wont get you anything and they will constantly charge your card. RUN!!!

I had an incredibly disappointing experience with govis.ai. I applied for a visa and paid extra for their promised 24-hour service. However, they repeatedly delayed the process without providing any valid reasons. I already updated my application so many times upon their request, I filled in the from provided ALL the details any application needs, but they kept sending me emails asking for the same information they already have over and over again!! Despite my efforts to expedite the application, after five days, I am still without my visa. The lack of transparency and failure to deliver on their service promises is unacceptable. I caution others to be wary of using govis.ai for their visa needs. THEY WILL NEVER HELP YOU, please avoid them at all costs.
