Grace provided an outstanding level of service for our recent move from the East to the West coast. Most notably, Savannah Feros who did a brilliant job coordinating our move from the Newcastle, Shaun and Jake who packed our furniture and Lee and Harley Pashley who delivered to our new home.

Brilliant service, from door to door was amazing. I will recommend Grace removal to anyone, my family and friends. Thank you Grace removal team. You deserve five stars.

Easy to communicate with, prompt responses from all in the business. Was able to go and get boxes as we needed them with no issue. Our two removalist were friendly and fast, everything arrived in good condition.

Savannah squeezed me in during a busy seasonal time, the removalists were very friendly, very careful with my belongings, and efficient. No damage at all. Grace Removals are professional, approachable, friendly, and meticulous. I would use them again without hesitation.

I have moved house several times without many problems but Grace Removals was a pleasant surprise. They were friendly and professional and their quote/cost was much lower than what I expected for an interstate move. They went above and beyond to be helpful and made the move much easier than expected.

Edit: Grace contacted me after I posted my review. Today a floor repair guy came and did a beautiful job repairing my scratched floors.

Your main packing and Removals team were great to deal with. Savannah was extremely helpful and so were the packers and removalists at the loading end.
The delivery end was not so good. The two main people who were also at the pick up were conscientious and did their job well.
One of the delivery/unpackers was clumsy. Another was downright incompetent. He cared more about talking to immigration via phone Bluetooth than he did concentrating on his job.
Consequently I now have badly damaged timber floors in places where he just scraped the trolley bottom along the floor.
I was phoned by Grace complaints team to ask what the issues were, after I pointed them out to Wolfgang, who had taken photographic evidence.
When I sent the requested photos in myself, I was told to take it up with my insurance as I had not insured through Grace due to the unaffordable cost of over $4000.
My insurance company said they will cover the accidentally damaged items broken in the move, but will not cover the floor damaged by incompetent and under trained Grace staff.

As a result, I can not, in good faith, recommend Grace to friends and family, nor would I consider them again myself.

They took the stress out of relocating overseas. They are very professional, efficient and excellent at keeping you up to date with progress. Couldn't have done it without them, they were my heroes

The uplift crew were amazing and I can't speak more highly of them however the delivery crew were.....OK

Recently moved from NSW to TAS. Caitlyn was easy to deal with, very professional and polite when handled the planning stage. The on-site team on the day were quick and efficient and were done within a few hours.

Terrible experience. Damaged items. Awful customer service and after care.

Our goods arrived promptly and generally in good condition. There was some misunderstanding concerning what was agreed to as far as unpacking is concerned. Communication could be better.

Once I arrived in Brisbane, Pedro and Lucas were there to unload everything with care and efficiency. Thank you both—you were wonderful!

Guys were very friendly and courteous. Placed furniture and put together beds. Very pleasing experience.

Friendly and helpful

This is a very trustworthy company so glad they removed our things! Everything was in good order when we received our goods and they kept us up to date with the trajectory of our goods by email.
I would certainly recommend this company.

The experience was generally good however I realised when I tried to claim for a damaged TV that I had wasted a lot of money buying their insurance which excludes damage to any item that is owner packed. The policy document is not clear enough on this point and the sales person didn't highlight this limitation.

Good customer service, made damages repayment quickly. That implies of course, that some of my goods were damaged.
