Face-lift for tired memorial stone.
Graveclean kept me informed every step of the way. They offered different choices of service and discussed pros and cons of each one.
The finished work looks very good. The stone looks clean and polished, with clear, bright and neat lettering.
The before and after photographs sent with the completion of work email meant we were able to see the difference.
The staff were all courteous, informative and helpful.

We can see that you purchased our Clean & Protect treatment. It's worth noting that Clean & Protect is primarily a protective treatment solution, designed to continue working over time by inhibiting new biological growth and gradually improving the appearance of the memorial in the months following application. It is not intended to provide the same immediate restoration results as our Black Spot Remover, which is formulated to tackle heavy black lichen and stubborn staining and typically delivers much faster visible results.
The results achieved can vary depending on the type of stone, the level of contamination, and the overall condition of the memorial. Where there is significant black lichen, heavy staining, or years of built-up biological growth, a more intensive restoration process is often required before applying Clean & Protect as an ongoing maintenance treatment.
We would really appreciate the opportunity to help. If you could send us some photos of the memorial and get in touch with our team, we can assess the condition of the stone and advise on the most suitable approach. We are always happy to provide guidance on the best way to use our professional-grade products on different stone types to achieve the best possible results.
In some cases, depending on the extent of restoration required, a professional memorial cleaning service may be recommended. As a gesture of goodwill, should this be necessary, we would be happy to deduct the cost of your product purchase from the price of one of our cleaning services.

My parents headstone badly needed the inscription re doing
My parents headstone badly needed the wording redoing, I had approached stone masons who all insisted that the stone had to be removed at considerable expense. I am delighted with the work that Graveclean have done the inscription has been brought back to life for a very reasonable fee. It looks like a different headstone. Much cleaner with the lettering clearer and legible.

I would highly recommend Graveclean. From start to finish they are very professional, helpful & understanding.
I was going to clean my nans gravestone myself but as I live in London & the grave is in Peterborough after consideration I got in touch with Graveclean. I was worried they would not be able to find the stone but this was not an issue. They keep you updated & suddenly the Gravestone had been cleaned and what an amazing job. I wouldn’t have been able to do it this well myself.
I cannot thank Graveclean enough it was definitely money well spent. I can now go ahead and intern my Aunts ashes with my Nan.

Headstone cleaning
Excellent service from start to finish. We didn't know what too expect of the off graveclean as my grandparents headstone was in such a bad state. We received an email off them on the day the work was completed with photos of before and after. We could not believe the results,its hard to put into words, we were over the moon. Absolutely fantastic what they had done ✔️ 👏 for us. ( Well done Everyone 👏). We went to the cemetery on Sunday 21st father's day. The pictures didn't didn't do it justice, the detail and quality of work was way above our expectations.Thank you all so so much ❤️ for everything. I only wish my Aunt of 93 could have seen the results 😕 as she is virtually blind now. And she is also so glad its been done, a big thank you off her also.
