I love your company and when I am speaking to people they are always helpful. I am a repeat purchaser. I appreciate that you carry name brands that I know the quality of and know what I am getting. The only thing I would say was odd this time if that I was buying two matching items and when I sent in the offer, no one ever replied.

Theresa was very helpful and I'm looking forward to receiving a beautiful bed in March.

Rep did an excellent job of writing up my order. He asked me to confirm I received the email confirmation of the order before hanging up. This will save time on possible mishaps on email.

The follow-up email with the expected shipping date and transit time was well appreciated. Even better would be if the website had stock availability listed. But at least the website was upfront about saying to call to confirm stock availability.

The design specialist Mora was outstanding. She followed through very quickly and she conveyed exactly what she said she would do. I’m still waiting for more information but I have confidence in her follow through. She’s pleasant, knowledgeable, and very responsible in terms of follow through
