There was an item I wanted, but the shipping was too high for the price of the item. I was offered a compromise shipping rate and was happy with the resolution.

Great communication
Great communication. My order came in earlier than expected. Although I was notified by email, they also gave me a call to make sure I would be ready to accept my delivery.
I truly appreciate the follow-up and have enjoyed the Grayson experience. So excited to receive my new table!

I walked in just wanting to try out a chair, but with the help of Mora, I decided that not only was it exactly what I wanted, but if I bought the one they had, I didn't have to wait for the next boat to arrive in April! She gave me a great discount on teh floor model, and we too it home - great folks to deal with!

I ordered a dresser and nightstands. I have not received the order yet, but Grayson did contact me immediately to inform one of the nightstands was discontinued. Thus far, the service and attention to detail is excellent.
