I signed up for a trip that included…
I signed up for a trip that included airfare and purchased travel insurance specifically in case something unexpected came up. Unfortunately, something did happen, and when I tried to use the insurance, I was given the usual runaround.
I was then told that the insurance I purchased did not apply because I had booked the economy option. My question is simple: if the insurance does not apply to the type of ticket I purchased, why was I allowed to purchase it in the first place?
What is the point of selling customers insurance when, at the time they actually need it, they are told their booking was never covered? At a minimum, this feels extremely misleading and deceptive. Customers should be clearly informed before paying for insurance whether their specific booking is actually eligible for coverage.

On Ireland trip, we had several stops, one of which was Cork. We were assigned a hotel that was an hour drive from the city of Cork, and there was literally nothing to do around that hotel. We should have been assigned a hotel inside Cork.

The hotel locations and amenities were spot on. We really enjoyed the city passes and the perks provided. The itenirary was well planned. A rental car was not needed because of the city passes and scheduled transfers. The help desk was useful and timely.

Everything was planned and made life…
Everything was planned and made life easier. The only suggestion is to have more of a layover when going to Amsterdam to get through the airport. We had to run to make plane.

It was a long flight
It was a long flight, but other than that we really enjoyed our time at the Hyatt Waikiki Beach resort. There were no surprise charges. The resort was right in the middle of everything we needed. The beach and parking were both right across the street.

Loved our hotel
Loved our hotel. The staff and cleanliness along with 24 hour coffee made Hôtel Muni a perfect home away from home. Flights to Iceland went smoothly and bus excursion to see Northern lights was great. The aurora borealis cooperated and we saw an amazing display.

Airport Transfer Issues
South Coast Tours was our favorite . We would recommend the trip but be aware of this . We should have been advised to take a taxi to and from the bus station to hotel . The drop off and pick up was 300 yards from the hotel . Bus driver did not offer any information except to tell us it was drop number 17 . When we arrived at 17 with luggage , it was 25 mph wind and rain . Took 30 min of wandering in the rain to get there . I was told the city of Reykjavik would not allow bus to get closer . I will say that I was notified of this by email on return flight . Of course we took a cab back to bus terminal on the return trip

Very Memorable Experience
This vacation allowed us to see and learn a lot in a short amount of time including some less touristy placed like the wine tasting in Piedmont and the authentic lunch in Balogna. Local tourist guides were good and of course our main travel guide, Claudia was excellent, always informing us of changes and giving us some interesting history of the regions. The schedule was timely. I liked the chosen destinations and the variance of the Lakes and the Revieras. Perhaps a few extra days could have let us self explore a lttle more! Transfers were well organized. The only thing that i would have preferred was arriving early at our first stop and having to wait for 6 hours to check into our room after little sleep on the flight over.

Spectacular Iceland!
Nothing to do with your company.... The weather in Iceland was spectacular, not a drop of rain, sunny blue skies!!! All worked according to plan. Hotel was very nice, great breakfast, but a little outside the city center, so we usually had to take bus transportation to the city center to find a restaurant. BY THE WAY RESTAURANTS CLOSE AT 9 PM!!! Traveling from Miami we had to change planes at JFK to continue on to Iceland, therefore we were pretty tired to go to the Northern Lights Tour at 10 PM, but woke up for sure when the lights gave us a great display!!!

Bad experience with Taormina hotel
The hotel in Malta was excellent. The front desk was always available with excellent suggestions for trip, etc. The Hotel in Taormina was not. The front desk was very unhelpful. It was in no way comparable to the original hotel shown in the original itinerary. The shower was so small that you could not bend over with out hitting your head on the glass. It was impossible for my wife to shave hear legs.

Great trip to Cancun
Great trip to Cancun. Everything was included..which is great. But the people who try to take you to their stands at airport are awful!!! I wish we didn’t have to go through them. Second time and it was worse.
We will use GVV again for sure.
