I am very happy that I found this website! I got a lot of information about the Islands, the villages, the restaurants, the beaches etc.
We also booked our ferry tickets here and our car rental, al fine!!

The best car rental experience I have. Great price and good service and an excellent car. The only issue is it took me awhile to learn how to use their website and book a car successfully. I’ll try out other service they offer in the future

The two main issues I had with this service: First, my reservation receipt said I would be met at the airport by someone holding a sign with my name. After waiting a while I finally called, at which time I was told to walk to their office. It was not far from the airport, but could be inconvenient for anyone who has a lot of baggage to haul. Also, it would have been nice to know this from the beginning. Second although I was able to reserve/pay for a car, I was not able to drive it due to the fact that my drivers license was not issued from an EU country. Luckily my partner had the right kind of license, however it would have been a huge problem if neither of us did. This information is quite important for the company to be up front about. On a positive note, we were very grateful when an employee offered to give us a lift to the airport, since it was raining on the day we returned the car.

The boat we signed up for was not running and we heard that it had not been running for a while. We almost missed the boat because of unclear instructions and it didn't go to one of the places we were supposed to

The tour was great. We just felt a bit lost when we arrived in the old Fira port cos there was no one from Greeka directly. Good thing I asked the boatman and they referred us to the tourist office where they checked the booking.

I did the 1 day bus trip to Mycenae, Nafplio and Epidavros with a stop for lunch in Mycenae. It was a long day, but well organized and very educational, scenic and with some lovely historical sights. The guide was extremely well informed and it made all the difference to the trip. I would highly recommend.

Good, solid car, perfect delevery and pick up service.

Tour was amazing. Guide was super knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. My only criticism would be the tourist class hotel in Delphi - room was spacious and view from the balcony was beautiful, but the bathroom and in particular the shower was ridiculously small. Other than that, highly recommend!

The service was outstanding. We were in Greece for the first time and rented cars through Greeka in two locations. Personnel all spoke English (yea!). They answered all questions and the local affiliates who handled the actual cars were accommodating, punctual, and friendly. The one gentleman even gave us a ride to the airport after dropping off the car!!
The car itself was an automatic and like most European aromatics struggled on hills and with acceleration (little pickup). But it got us where we needed to be.

Greeka was easy to use and the booking confirmed in less then 24hours.
The partner that Greeka worked with in my case was Zante rent a car in Zakynthos. On the voucher and on the website it says CDW and third party insurance included and was surprised that we had to pay 1000Euro deposit in order to take the car. This was never brought to my attention during the inquiry process (ofc maybe it says somewhere in the terms and conditions but the problem is that it was not visible enough for me...). The car was damaged already but engine and air condition worked fine ( we did not had a problem with this ).

Good:

+car was the type we requested
+they found a car pretty fast

Bad:
- we had to make a deposit of 1000Euro for 150Euro rental (1week)
- there should be more transparency regarding other taxes or temporary deposits or make them more visible so that the final user can see this better.

We booked an island boat tour around Zakynthos via Greeka. On the day of the trip we were sent to a different ship (the infamous pirate ship), which was completely overcrowded. Our original ship was lying at anchor. No explanations, no previous announcements. Very disappointing.

Greeka provided only a link to pick up the ferry tickets without even providing the address of the place to pick them up.
I must say it was not very easy to find where to pick them up, because the agency was not at the port.
I must say that it is unacceptable, in 2021, that we cannot have an e-ticket or at least the possibility to have a pdf that we can print, without having to go to an agency and pick up the ticket.
Probably it’s not Greeka’s fault but it’s not normal nowadays.
On the other hand Greeka even provided some info about weather conditions, which was helpful.

Excellent in every way! Car rental was from Athens Airport, excellent value and service.

We booked our ferries in a recent island hopping trip through Greeka which was simple to plan our itinerary and buy all tickets in one go. Really clear info on how to get online or paper tickets, fill in covid forms and even a link to track your boat on the day! Sent texts and emails when there was a change to one ferry and when delays due to high winds were expected which I thought was brilliant and one less thing to worry about

Have used Greeka.com for vehicle rentals and their prices are very competitive and their suppliers deliver very good recent vehicles that are cleaned and ready to be delivered. Always been, a very positive experience.

Very reliable company. Very reactive customer service when needed. We’ve used it a couple of times and I totally recommend it.

The car rental process was easy and cheap through Greeka. The rental agency they found in Milos, Milos Cars at Adamas 848 01, was a delight to work with.

We went on the 2-day tour of Delphi and Meteora. The sites of the tour were great but the process of the tour could be improved:
- not enough time to see all the ruins especially in Dephi, Temple of Apollo, we did not even spend 30 minutes and we were hurriedly ushered to another bus to go to Meteora
- driver was driving fast but keeps on braking because the road from Delphi to Meteora is downhill and “zigzagged” that made a lot of people “sick”
- only visited 2 monasteries, not sure why, maybe the monasteries cannot accommodate large group of people, but then again maybe split into smaller groups

They were waiting at the airport exit at time. Very good treat from the Greek employee that explained everything clearly and nicely. Easy to return at Pyreus port. Very good service
