I have tried several times by email and…
I have tried several times by email and instagram in regards to my booking and have had no response. We made a booking for golf in Spain and when I rang the golf club to book a buggy (I was told to do this by another company that we had booked golf through, they got back to me very quickly!) the said club said it had no booking for us?? No response from Greenfee and the game is in 2 days time! Pretty poor service

Unfortunately we are hoping to play today but as I’ve had no confirmation that our tee time has been booked by you we are unsure if we are or not
Thank you for your reply however that doesn’t answer why my initial booking wasn’t booked with the club. It’s still unacceptable for a booking made in advance

Unless you are seriously trying to lose the customer? I've heard nothing back. I've written to the course. Nowhere on your site is there a link to your helpcentre.
So the dorks at GF365 replied as follows a day after the tee time; "We’re sorry to hear about your experience and understand your frustration. The auto-reply you received is only meant to confirm that your message reached us. Our team always follows up personally as soon as possible during business hours (09:00–15:00 CET). We’ve checked our records and would like to make sure your request is fully resolved. Please contact us again at [the same address as before] so we can assist you directly. We appreciate your patience and the chance to make this right.
Incompetent Idiots. Their "365" doesn't include weekends or holidays so it should really be "Greenfee220"[if you're really lucky]. I booked on a weekend; I paid on a weekend; I played on a weekend; they don't work on weekends. DUH

Booked Vale do Lobo Royal Course. No email confirmation received, so phoned VDL to check - no record of booking, but have taken the money for 4x golfers! Can’t find one number for GF365. Would never ever use again!
Given phone number by VDL - but GF365 don’t answer. Don’t reply to emails either! Awful company!
