Awful experience
Awful experience. They don’t actually have tee times reserved for them, they just try and get them. They take full payment before being able to confirm and you have to go through a process to get it back

We’re sorry to read about your experience. To clarify, we are typically directly connected to the golf courses’ tee sheets, which means bookings are made instantly. In a few exceptions, we do have access to the tee sheet but require confirmation from the golf course before completing the order. In those cases, the amount is only reserved, not taken, until the golfer receives confirmation. This is a model that is regularly and functionally used within the golf booking industry and normally works smoothly.
That said, we understand this wasn’t your experience, and we’re sorry for the inconvenience caused. If this hasn’t already been resolved, please contact us directly so we can review your case and make things right.

Mar Menor booking
Booked a round through the website, really easy though disappointing I was unable to also reserve a buggy at the same time. Fortunately I contacted Hugo in Customer Services who was really helpful in resolving this for me and confirming the buggy reservation within a couple of hours. Great customer service 👍

Beware!!!
Beware! This site booked me, then emailed there was a problem. Then double booked me. They refused a refund saying notice was too late. The system is unstable and management processes, and customer service are a total failure. Avoid them at all costs.

Cancellation of one green fee
Due to health reasons I had to cancel one prepaid green fee ahead of time. It was not so easy to get a refund. I had to inform the Golf Club and it took several attemps to get the refund.
The customer service was however friendly.
