Purchased an expensive Lenovo Machine…
Purchased an expensive Lenovo Machine with a current warranty that had a few issues that I had a nightmare getting Lenovo to solve (a Lenovo issue). Green Green communicated well throughout and offered me a refund straight away. I persevered with Lenovo though (and frankly solved it myself in the end but again this was a Lenovo issue). Green Green offered me some compensation for all my messing so I truly cannot fault them and would absolutely purchase from them again.

Good laptop, good customer service.
Laptop has arrived and looks as good as new to me. It certainly works and so far seems to do everything I’d expect of it. GreenGreen Store were incredibly helpful after the DPD had some problems delivering it and got it all sorted out for me, so excellent customer service.

For a grade C, this surpassed my expectations. To my delight, although there were noted issues like a cracked bezel, the condition was decent for a used laptop that's five years old, and the pricing was reasonable.

Prompt, honest service.
The laptop arrived precisely as advertised, and in its original packaging (it had never been pre-owned/used).
I had trouble with the wifi connection and GreenGreen promptly provided me with advice on how to rectify this, even though this problem was nothing to do with them. Most of this advice was new to me and didn't even come up on Lenovo- based online searches that I had made.
In all correspondence GG acted courteously, promptly and honestly.
It's very satisfying to buy a good-quality, second hand laptop from the GreenGreen Store.

Better than expected for a grade C
Better than expected for a grade C. I was pleasantly surprised. It did have all the defects like cracked bezel as mentioned but otherwise, the condition was fair for any used laptop 5 years old and the price was OK.

Way better than expected
Very easy to deal with. The laptop arrived as expected and is virtually as good as new, even though the description suggested there were more blemishes than there actually are. The battery life is also very good, even though the description suggested it may be a weakness. All in all I'm extremely happy with the service and product supplied. This is the second refurbished laptop I've purchased from GreenGreen Store. It won't be the last.
