Way better than expected
Very easy to deal with. The laptop arrived as expected and is virtually as good as new, even though the description suggested there were more blemishes than there actually are. The battery life is also very good, even though the description suggested it may be a weakness. All in all I'm extremely happy with the service and product supplied. This is the second refurbished laptop I've purchased from GreenGreen Store. It won't be the last.

My laptop came well packaged and…
My laptop came well packaged and arrived quickly. It was new looking and works perfectly. I've charged it up once since I bought it over a week ago and the battery is still going at 45% - admittedly apart from getting started it's had low use, but I'm really pleased with it and really pleased to have made a greener choice by purchasing 2nd hand. I needed a number pad and the Greengreen Store was one of the few sites that allowed me to filter by this option. I'd definitely buy from them again.

I'm glad I found the greengreenstore as I was looking for a refurbished laptop and wanted it to last long.

Pre-configured to get working quickly
The web site provided detailed information on a reconditioned laptop, describing the very minor imperfections. It was delivered in a very padded box, specifically for laptops, which ensured that it would not be damaged. It was already set up with a Windows 11 Admin account, so that it was very quick to add the required user accounts and to, e.g., transfer Office from the previous laptop. This is the second Windows 11 laptop I have purchased from GreenGreen Store and I am very satisfied with the experience in both cases.

Speed of delivery and laptop was in great condition. Only bad thing was the delivery company wouldn’t leave it outside my door, but happily left it at the entrance for my of my flat for anyone to take.

We’re sorry to hear about the experience with DPD delivery service. All our orders are dispatched using a fully insured service, and we’ve had both the "leave with neighbour" and "safe place" options disabled since 2022 to help protect deliveries.
While our experience with DPD is generally positive, this particular delivery did fall short of their usual high standard. After raising the issue, DPD confirmed the parcel should not have been left unattended, given the "no safe place" settings on our account. They’ve now flagged this with the local depot for follow-up with the driver.
A one-hour delivery slot is normally provided on the day, and options such as rescheduling or diverting to a pickup shop can usually be arranged in advance.
For future references, if there are ever any delivery issues, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us directly at contact@greengreenstore.co.uk so we can help right away.

Awesome People awesome product.
The quality of the product was phenomenal and was as described on the website. The pricing is very fair and better than what you get on back market.
The warranty is also for 1 year which is very good for peace of mind.
The packaging, delivery and most importantly the transparency and honesty of the owner, Mr Michael, who directly replied to all my questions and helped me with some of the questions with great honesty who h helped me to decide on few specs.
He is a great person to talk to for suggestions. I would surely purchase again from them.
