Awful Admin team, been with this company for 5 years, they used to put invoice through door, when treatment was completed, changed system to text, when I queried twice if they had been as not seen on our security cameras all I received was the usual generic, not time etc what I requested. Therefore cancelled my contract, and direct debit, knew nothing about the final payment of £39 until I received a letter stating if no payment within 7 days, told they had sent me emails and they had been opened and read, I could them all in my junk email obviously not been read, after a week of backward and forwarding email ( seems they cannot talk to you personally when the payment is outstanding) what rubbish as far as I am concerned. I have with great duress paid the amount today, as at 75 years old and with a unblemished credit report did not want this hanging over me, and all I asked for was time the treatment was carried out, Therefore go the local shops and buy your own lawn treatment

Great job done on my lawn right from when I first had their services. lawn was a mess, dry, awful condition and now it's terrific. Guys friendly, clear up well after scarifying etc and office staff are helpful.

Glenn does a fan job. Very happy with our lawn and the care that is provided.

Whenever I phone Green Man no one answers the phone. I just phoned and held on for a while and then I was cut off so had to do it again. Haven’t always got an hour to wait for a call back.
Not sure if you have an office or have home workers to answer calls. A bit frustrating.

The job was done clean and tidy ! Now will wait to see the results !

Customers service as usual is first class, anytime I have made an inquiry the response has almost been immediate and derive provided within a short space of time.

Thorough scarification and over seeding carried out today, as promised. Arrived promptly on time and worked really hard today on both lawns. Since Green Man Lawn Care have been looking after my lawns I have seen a dramatic improvement in the condition of my grass. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Not worth the price. Have seen no improvement to my lawn since using their service for almost a year!

A really great transparent guy who comes to look after the lawn we have noted a period of time where the lawn was not scarified last year and the year before. So whilst the account is in credit, it will be good to raise with the office. We had a great adult conversation and he was extremely helpful. We are about to embark on some extensive building work on the main house so the lawn will be hugely affected so we need to transfer the area that will be looked after. I understand that this will not be a problem great serviceall around.

It was really nice to see the Lawn Man return for another year.
After an earlier email to them to say I wouldn't be there until after a certain time, I received a prompt reply, saying, don't worry we can call on you later on. This was much better for me and the job was done as usual efficiently.
