i had my scooter serviced and it needed new bushes in the steering and the fitter called mally did a great job an im very happy how greenpower done the job straight away no long waits

My first mobility scooter
My first mobility scooter! Didn't know what to expect? Purchased a class 2 mobility scooter BH 220 from Green Power. Had a small outing as they suggest before a battery recharge. No problems yet , only had it a few days ! Overall machine size is as expected but :
1. It has no suspension, consequently a quite bumpy ride on the typical pavements but OK on a paths. May consider fitting pneumatic tyres , if able and costs ?
2. Dimensions are not right ? From rear anti tip wheels to the front nudge bar is 1080 mm and width 500 mm.
Dose not fit into the boot ( across ) as indicated in advertisements ( I have a 73 Reg Ford Puma ) , no big deal ?? but now have to drop rear seat and fit lengthways . Let's see what the future brings

Unbelievable fantastic company. I received the beast model yesterday and my God I am so impressed with the service. There is no one better in the world that provides a service and the best models that look so cool and trendy as well as good prices. Fantastic service this company will outrun everybody because it is exactly what people need when your council in rural areas do not help you with your disability amen to Greenpower.😁🙏❤️

In answer to the complaint below I have just suffered the same problem, a puncture on my Green Power Fastest Scooter and nobody will touch it except Green Power whom have given me 10 days to get it fixed much to my disappointment. However as my daughter pointed out it’s no different for a car service because everyone is busy. I love my scooter it is my independence and freedom. I have had it now 15 months with not one problem it is often admired by strangers for its looks. It’s used every day with no battery or charging problems.I also went to New Zealand in April for 5 weeks and it started immediately after charging. If I do not go far a weekly charge is all that is needed.Also it cost a third of the price of other more so called known Brands.It is a comfortable safe ride long poorer pavements and distances travelled. If I had a sports car, or an old Beetle the parts are more expensive so I guess that is the penalty for having such a great machine.

Let's hope you don't get a puncture, as I did nobody will touch green power, I was forced to go back to green power, they said they would send some one out ,but it would cost me_£159 for callout a new rim and tyre and it could take up to 10 days.
Once you buy a scooter from this firm ,they charge you in telephone figures , talk about ripping off the elderly and vulnerable, this firm ticks all the boxes

I’m in the market to buy a mobility scooter and came across Green Power and was impressed by their marketing. I then checked out Trustpilot as I would for any major purchase and reeled back. The reviews are horrendous and I don’t need this type of grief so will end up dealing with Care Co or Veieco who get far better reviews. So it’s a big thanks to all those Green Power customers who shared their experiences and hopefully a wake up call for Green Power, who have lost a sale because of reported poor after sales service and customer care!

I purchased a flygo800 from green power in June 2023 i have only done 17 miles with the scooter I’m highly disabled after a stroke. When contacting green power they don’t want to no anything about it really. Try to trade-in but when mentioning green power suppliers body serve them as they don’t have a good reputation they told me to get the battery check AFTER 17 miles ??? THERE A JOKE AS A COMPANY

When i purchased a jh500 scooter i asked for more technical information the sales person told me he sort something out nothing come,rang up to see whats happened to this request wouldn't put me though to sales person told me there no such information,nothing wrong with the scooter, so be aware if you want any more manuals about the product they'll not want to know you, typical sales con thought he sounded ok but never trust sales all con artists.
Fastest model
I spent many hours researching before making the decision to go with the Green Power Fastest model.
So far after 250 miles plus I have had no problems.
If I had any complaint it would be about the speedo accuracy.
Extremely poor customer support
Having purchased the scooter they sent it with the certificate of newness incomplete.
I attempted to register with DVLA but was rejected due to the certificate being incomplete.
The local pavements are so bad making the scooter so difficult and uncomfortable to use (experienced with old machine). So need to use the scooter on the road.
After two weeks phoning requesting I still do not have the documents I need to ride on public roads.
If you deal with this company, expect nothing better.
Been a nightmare
Been a nightmare. The worst part is they had five men come out to fix it. Two could do it the rest nope made it worse. One of them tried to con me out of my new batteries then urinated on his van over the road from my house and my neighbours four year old saw him. Seriously he was a crook. I still have a scooter that doesn't work and my final payment was this month. Out of the year I've had it I must have lost four months. MY 60th birthday was spoilt. I NEED a scooter with my disabilities. I asked them to come fix it for me to get it done in time. NO cost me over £90 in taxis for those three weeks. NOW after the last one come out who seemed to know what he was doing then as he was about to go it didnt work. the same problem IT WILL NOT CHARGE UNLESS THE HORN AND THE FRONT LIGHT WORK. THEY DON'T MOST OF THE TIME. I HAVE BEEN IN TOUCH SO MANY TIMES I GIVE UP. I DON'T KNOW WHETHER TO REPORT THEM DO A VIDEO ON THEM. THE WORST PART I SOLD TWO SCOOTERS FOR THEM. PEOPLE ASKED ME ABOUT MINE ALL SHINY AND NEW AND I TOLD THEM SO TWO PEOPLE I KNOW HAVE ACTUALLY BOUGHT THEM. I HOPE THEIR SCOOTERS ARE OKAY. THEY ARE CROOKS YOU KNOW SAD BUT TRUE. NOT ALL OF THEM BUT AFTER FIVE REPAIRS THAT HAVENT WORKED DONT YOU THINK THEY SHOULD HAVE REPLACED MINE?? I AM GOING TO CONTACT THEIR DIRECTORS IN ISRAEL I DON'T KNOW IF THEY KNOW HOW MANY CROOKS ARE WORKING THERE AS WELL AS SOME GOOD PEOPLE BUT THE MAJORITY OF MEN WHO COME OUT TO FIX IT 3 OUT OF FIVE HAVEN'T GOT A CLUE. BECAUSE I WAS AN IT ANALYST AND BUILT COMPUTERS AS A WOMAN BY THE WAY I UNDERSTOOD MORE THAN THEY THOUGHT. MOST PEOPLE BUY THE WRONG REPLACEMENT BATTERY AND SO ON. I was left totally housebound for two months because of green power. I contacted them in May to let them know that my scooter has stopped working. I paid £651 for a full diagnostics to be done which was not done correctly and they did not find the problem with my scooter. After Three more engineers sent out to me and a lot of complaining and phone calls and telling them I was going to report them to trading standards they decide to take my scooter into the warehouse. This company has messed me around something terrible drag their feet in doing the repairs and left a vulnerable person totally housebound and did not seem to care about it. I would not recommend anyone buying from this company. They are brilliant when they’re making a sale, but their after-care is totally shocking and appalling. If you do not believe me, please read some of the below reviews from other customers Please avoid this company if you’re going to buy a mobility scooter go to a more reputable company and trustworthy company. This company will mess you around take your money and treat you like dirt. I would not recommend them to anyone. I am extremely unsatisfied with their service their service is extremely poor and their attitudes are not much better Save yourself a massive headache and please shop elsewhere. If I could give zero rating for this company I would ! AVOID this company you have been warned!
An absolute joke
An absolute joke ! Twice my appointment has been cancelled, first time they came at a completely different time slot than stated , so re arranged they didn't turn up but insisted they rang me which of course I can prove on my phone log, I'm disabled and this has been very stressful .The customer service is appalling!! Extremely unhelpful, not empathy for their disabled customers.
MY ADVICE DONT BUY A FASTEST SCOOTER
Hi i purchased a greenpower mobility scooter the model FASTEST ! And i bitterly regret doing so ! When delivered two things made a test drive not possible at the time my health and wet weather it was 2 months before i took it out i discovered the hand brake was not working also the battery goes flat overnight and on the road found it very unstable g /power sent engineer to fix it and when i tried it the brake still did not work ! It was also extreemly hard to release , contact company found that they werent really interested asked for them to take it back and they refused to do so ! At the moment scooter is unused and sitting in garden . I DO NOT THINK THAT GREENPOWER FASTEST MODEL IS ANY GOOD AND GREENPOWER IS NOT IN MY OPINION A CAREING COMPANY AT ALL i am disabled for goodness sake where can i get help on this ?
greenpower fastest too much goes wrong.
I have had a greenpower fastest now for 3 years. after 12 months the controller failed, so bought another one.
That was so slow taking off, I trying to cross the road moving very slow, with sight uphill. All the tyres had different psi readings, the bolts on the shaft fell out, so now the shafts are slightly bent.
Bought new shafts and oil seals. I bought anotherdc converter, buy phone, she charged me £10 postage, when all the other items were free postage.
Would not recomend them at all.
In the prossess of saving for another scooter.
The after sales assistants, don't know what they are doing.
Now tried to fit the new short shaft, and the brackets don't line up. I hate ths thing!
I only have 8mp for the last 2 years, bought a dc/dc converter, spent loads of money......
NO MORE....I DO NOT RECOMEND. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY.

I had my zt500 mobility scooter just over 6 months till it stopped working.I got in touch with green power and they said I would have to pay 95 pound for an engineer to look at it .When I bought it I expected it to last a lot longer than 6 months.the guarantee is a joke

Wrong battery sent
Hi I ordered a new battery for my scooter on 7.6.24 . I told them that on the battery I have now old one it has 2 connections what connects to the scooter. They said yes they understand. I received the new battery today 13.6.24 and guess what it is the wrong connection. This is the second time I have had a issue with green power. I phoned them up this morning to tell them. They said they will contact me when they get a response from the department who is dealing with it. How long dose it take to send a email or a telephone call to find and fix the problem. I have paid good money £450 for new battery but no answers. I need that new battery asap because I can't depend or trust on the old one . I go out on it everyday the scooter is my legs. I not a very happy person.
Would not honour the standard UK…
Would not honour the standard UK warranty of 12 months. Was told on 3 separate occasions that the warranty on their chargers is only 3 months.
