We are a family business located in Lancashire, North West England. Fast service!
We ordered a replacement coconut mat for our entry hallway online and Grimeford Mill cut it perfectly to the size dimensions we provided and delivered it the next day. The PVC backing on all their mats is a must to prevent moisture seeping through the mat to the floor below. Top notch service, I will order from them again the next time I need a replacement mat.

Excellent speed of service and delivery but measurements of mat cut to size was inaccurate - it was supposed to be 90x90 but was 89x90

I was disappointed at the lack of…
I was disappointed at the lack of communication after placing the order. One email to say they had received order then nothing. My items arrived a week later and thankfully a neighbour was home to accept delivery.
on the bright side I was pleased with items when they arrived just what I wanted
