Dhl missed placed my package phoned groworks they sorted it out had new order next day

Ordered the unit with a CO2 can but the cartridge expired 26/05/2024. They sent me out a replacement cartridge and this one expired 20/11/ 2023.

Unfortunately the delivery company lost the first parcel but GroWorks sent another the same day I raised my issue and had my parcel the next day. Very pleased with how it all worked out

The website is easy to navigate and has a great variety of gardening items with competitive pricing, especially the worms. Very well packaged items are delivered quickly with email updates. Questions are answered quickly and fully.

Great item and just what I wanted, but for heavens sake...put a warning on the package. It is tightly wound into it's container, and as a result exploded out of it and smashed me in the teeth and nose. Nothing broken but very sore....if this were an older person I fear more damage would be done. NOT a nice surprise!

Everything that groworks did was great but the delivery was not so good they left my stuff at the bottom of my building as I have a bad back i had to wait for my brother to come this is not groworks fault but they really need to chase dhl up and make them come to you're door as dhl are charging for delivery and not bringing it to where it should be
