Great products and great service I’ll definitely be buying from them again

Awful delivery service, I’ve ordered a few times, thinking I would give them the benefit of the doubt, I was wrong, 4 days after ordering still no sign of packing and sending
Are the products actually in the warehouse I ask myself, or are they waiting for orders to be delivered to them
They really need to sort themselves out, Get some new staff, if they are not capable, prices are good and a great range Delivery times let them down

Took two weeks to ship the order, still has not been shipped.
Had to cancel the order

Seem fair prices but then they completely lie with delivery times. Two weeks it’s been and I am yet to receive my order despite showing “quick dispatch” on two out of three items and the third item 5 working days. Just not good enough.

Brilliant price of item and delivery very quick

I made my order (an Equidry coat) on 28th August. Both the item page and the order page stated delivery would be 3rd-4th September. I contacted GS Equestrian on 3rd as it hadn’t been dispatched to be told it’s a 5-6 handling day time and that would’ve been stated when I ordered. I explained what their website had told me and barely got any acknowledgement. Today, I asked for an update as it’s been 5 working days and I haven’t heard anything. I was told the “estimated handling time for your order was 5 to 6 working days, as indicated at the time of purchase”. I’ve already told GS Equestrian that their website stated the delivery would be 3rd-4th September and that it didn’t mention a handling time, so I don’t appreciate the rude and condescending tone of their email.

I’ve gone back to them and asked that they cancel and refund the order immediately. I’d rather pay an extra £15 and get good customer service and fast dispatch that give my money to a company who think they’re above their customers and can speak down to customer when their own website is incorrect. I can’t wait to see what excuse they make up to avoid refunding my order.

Really disappointed. Bought a size Cob Flymask for my 14.2 pony and it was far far too small! After already having the other two items of my order refunded, for me to then send this one back I would have had to pay delivery. So I have kept it and will try sale it on. Won't be shopping here again. Terrible experience
