The rugs were really competitively priced and good quality. They were dispatched immediately and arrived next day. Very happy indeed!

Spoke to a very kind, understanding member of staff, who explained batteries included and charging cable. Quick delivery. Quick to charge up and best of all. Clipped my pony for the 1st time in 10 years, with no sedation. Very happy customer

First time purchase and had to return items for an exchange as they didn’t fit.
The return/ exchange policy is fantastic and so easy . Goods were originally purchased, exchanged and received all within a week!

Ordered and paid for express delivery for my order to be delivered via royal mail express delivery only for it to be shipped by EVRi who havent delivered it within the stated time lines and have twice failed to deliver and pushed it back. Awaiting to see how customer deal with my complaint made today and if they compensatme for the fact I still havent got my order that I paid the most expensive delivery for as I needed it ASAP for a completion. not planning to order from them again.

My tack room is slowly becoming g full of items bought from GS.

The saddle soap arrived quickly. Don't have a horse/saddle, but I do have a tan coloured leather handbag, and it has cleaned it very well.
The package/ carton was large and the soap would have fittted in a padded envelope. But I once had two coffee mugs delivered in a 4ft x2ftx2ft cardboard box. So I guess par for the course.

Delivery was brilliant ! Got it the same week which was perfect as it’s a grazing muzzle and really needed it.
Item was excellent too !

Sadly I can’t rate the product only the delivery time. Order placed 11 days ago & the confirmation email did allow between 7 & 8 days however because it’s a UK based company I did expect it before that. It’s still a no show, it may arrive, it may not, either way it certainly not a reliable company with regards to online shopping. Off to the local shop next time

Awful company, avoid!

Waited 2 weeks for some items which clearly displayed 'quick dispatch', one of those being a fly spray which I was fine with waiting 5 days for, but not 2 weeks!

It is obvious they are a made to order company, they don't have everything in stock until you order, not surprising with how much rubbish they have listed.

Perhaps they should focus on customer satisfaction over influencer ads.

Excellent company in my opinion. Had bought an Equidry Bronte Jacket via eBay from them which was despite sending measurements too small. Communication especially with Lyndsey was very polite and efficient. They exchanged the Jacket without any trouble , we just had to wait a little bit passed my daughters birthday but we did not mind. . Many thanks to Lyndsey and Mahesh again!

12th May emailed to check, as no dispatch email received and got 'auto reply' listing hours of business. O K so they were shut!
13th May No response to my email after open for almost an hour, so telephoned to check, very 'unconcerned' answer 'would be dispatched today'. No explanation of why goods ordered the previous Friday had not been sent by Wednesday. Obviously no apology either!

16th May Order finally arrived - 8 days after placing!
This Company only works 'office hours' 9.00 - 5.00 Monday - Friday and clearly very slowly then. Not really up to date with modern internet trading expectations apparently and not at all bothered about taking your money, pretending they're sending your order, but that will only happen when they get around to it. I believe the 'GS' is meant to symbolise 'Gold Star'. Won't be getting any of those from me or any more custom!

Still waiting for my order to arrive, ordered over a week ago and still not dispatched, I’m gutted as one of my items was to assist with my new pony’s mud fever and now I feel I have let her down in getting her treated as effectively as I would have liked. I’d completely forgotten that I had the same issue last time I ordered from GS equestrian with the delivery of new hay nets taking over 2 weeks I returned them as I had to replace urgently so had to buy at a higher price locally. In future I won’t order again from GS equestrian it’s not worth the saving of a few £ when you really need your items.
