DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER WITH THEM! My first time shopping with this company and I payed $200 for an item which was a gift for someone, I never received the item! Then when I contact both the carrier and the company of course they placed the blame on each other. On top of that these people had the audacity to tell me to go to the police station! Like what !? So you’re just not gonna do anything about my unreceived item and I’m suppose to wait on the police to do what exactly? Never dealt with anything like that in my life! Warning before shopping! Customer service is terrible and basically just took my $200!

They have great Customer Service. When I had an issue with my order they responded quick and solved my issue. They were understanding of my situation and fix it without no problem. One thing about my I love communication and the fact they took the time to communicating back had me. They have a customer for life.

They r scam
Guapi is fraud I put order then then they took the money I verify my identity and still it's been 2 weeks and they don't want to give me my money back broke ass GUAPI. They did they same thing with my friend placed an order and never recieved the order this is crazy.

Their pants are the best there can be out there talking about quality is fit is crazy they are perfect.
