I forbindelse med en fejlmelding på en større ordre (jeg for nogle år siden bestilte og som jeg først havde mod på at informere dem om nu) - er jeg virkelig blevet imponeret over deres eminente service og imødekommenhed!
Fra første henvendelse blev jeg hørt og forstået og der blev straks taget hånd om det og rettet op på fejlen. Så mit møbel nu fremstår som den skal.

I highly recommend GUBI. Their furniture combines timeless design with outstanding quality, but what impressed me the most was the exceptional customer service.
From start to finish, the team was professional, responsive, kind, and genuinely committed to finding the best possible solution. Even after the warranty had expired, they handled my case with great care and exceeded my expectations.
This level of after-sales support is rare and shows that GUBI truly stands behind its products and values its customers. It was a pleasure dealing with such a professional and customer-focused company. I would highly recommend GUBI to anyone looking for beautiful furniture backed by excellent service.

Outstanding customer service because of Guy Holt! We were having an issue finding a replacement part locally in the US, but after a few emails, he was able to locate it from their warehouse and mailed it to me promptly. He followed up each day until this was resolved. Gubi products are great, but the customer service makes them even better! Thank you Guy!

Vi havde købt 3 Gubi væglamper, og efter et par år ( efter garantiperiodens udløb ) skallede malingen af i den ene af skærmene. Vi henvendte os hos Gubi kundeservice og de sendte os en ny skærm uden beregning. Tak for det

Ekstraordinær god service

We recently ordered a couple pendant…
We recently ordered a couple pendant lights from GUBI. I ordered them without the 10% off offer. I emailed that I didn’t recieve the discount and when they responded they already had taken care of it and gave me the discount. Pretty impressive. We have not installed the pendant lights yet(they are amazing in person), but based on customer service i would shop here again.
