100% recommendation
My experience with Hackstons has been absolutely great! From the moment I got involved, Samuel Richards guided me through the entire process of selecting and owning a cask, making it both incredibly easy and informative. Sam handles all the questions and details. Thanks to his knowledgeable and communication skills with a personal touch I felt like I was in good hands the whole time.
Hackstons recently opened their own whisky shop. If you are around I recommend visiting Hackstons Knightsbridge in William St, London. Beside great whisky obviously, also a remarkable shop design.

I invested with Hackstons just over a year ago on the understanding that I would start off with one barrel and see the relationship progressed before committing to anything else.
One year in and I am very happy with the interactions and feel as though I am being treated well. The information I receive regularly is relevant and informative, and Ricki has been great. So far so good!

Investments made easy.
We get honest advice on new investments, never have I been or felt under pressure to make a purchase. The constant change in market conditions sometimes makes it confusing but with Hackstons we get regular emails and phone calls on updates covering all aspects of the market, taxes etc. We feel we have definitely made the right choice for our future and have a growing portfolio thanks to everyone involved at Hackstons.

Great honest customer service
The customer service I have received from Hackstons has been second to none! Samuel was extremely welcoming and engaging as well as being very knowledgeable about the products! Unlike some other sellers, I also felt Samuel and Hackstons as a whole were very honest, never trying to push a sale that didn’t suit myself. If you’re interested in buying whiskey I would highly recommend working with Hackstons; my personal experience has been great with them!

This was the first experience of buying…
This was the first experience of buying whisky as an investment. Hackston’s staff are all very friendly and extremely knowledgeable and made the process of buying very easy. Time will tell if the investment does as well as expected but I was fully informed that investments are not a guarantee of future profits. I would recommend Hacksons to anyone interested in investing in the whisky market.
