This was the first experience of buying whisky as an investment. Hackston’s staff are all very friendly and extremely knowledgeable and made the process of buying very easy. Time will tell if the investment does as well as expected but I was fully informed that investments are not a guarantee of future profits. I would recommend Hacksons to anyone interested in investing in the whisky market.

Lump sum tax relief on Pensions …
My only problem was a lack of knowledge around the lump sum tax relief on pensions. The patience of Hackstons whilst I got the release of monies was exemplary. The performance of Scottish Widows was not
