Been with them 4 years very helpful BUT…
Been with them 4 years very helpful BUT they still insist I have to have RAC cover which is priced into the policy from past experiences I would never deal with the RAC I have my other vehicles covered with the AA which means I now have to pay for unwanted RAC cover. This RAC cover should be an option but for some reason they will not remove it

I didn’t have to wait long for someone to answer the phone. That person was helpful and knowledgable and we were able to discuss my requirements. The quotation came through very promptly and we were able to conclude matters quickly without fuss or delay. All very satisfactory and what I would expect and hope would happen.

Real people, no bots or empty ai responses
I have just taken out insurance with Hagerty and my experience of their initial service has been excellent. Plenty of communication with real people, not automated bots, foreign call centres or staff clearly working from home. The real test of course is if I need to make a claim (let's hope never). Please keep the staff and the real replies. No-one enjoys automated customer service or struggles with language and background noise.

After called re error, immediately corrected situation
Didn't call/email me with additional motorbike quote before my existing policy (2 M/bikes on agreed value) lapsed.
I called day after policy lapsed and they sorted out my insurance renewal plus addition of another M/bike with agreed valuation immediately.
