wouldn't recommend, scam.

Ordered an iPad case for my Dad's birthday via Amazon on Friday 09 May and delivery date was given as 13 May, which is already great for a customised item. It arrived yesterday, Sunday 11 May. Both myself and my Dad are delighted with the quality of the case, and how the photos have turned out on it. Thank you.

Customer service team is a joke. Grasping at straws just to not give a refund after I’ve provided evidence that the wrong product was sent to me.

I purchased a phone case last August and inside of case it is now badly worn away . I wrote to customer service and have been advised they don’t have a wear and tear timeframe and offered 25% discount if I bought a new case . I cannot believe that a phone case will not last beyond 8 months . I wrote back again on 4th March and still waiting for response I have now had a response and still can’t believe that a phone case cannot last beyond 8 months , I am retired so usage is mostly no more than 5 times a day

Had a few phone cases from hairyworm all been great just ordered another. Same Great service same Great cases, will always be getting cases from here many thanks

Order arrived within a week, however the order was wrong, photos had been moved and were overlapping, contacted the company and requested it be sorted asap as it was a birthday present for the weekend, have to say I was very impressed with the response apologies were sent the order was rectified and received within 2 days, excellent customer service and a good quality product.

I wouldn’t recommend Hairyworm to anyone nor will I be using them again. No customer service whatsoever. Stopped responding when I raised an issue with my order. They’re just after your money!

Ordered a personalised leather iPad case for a present. The quality & photo that was transferred onto it was very impressive. Together with great customer service of finding the correct model fit and quick delivery this business goes above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. Highly recommend.

I would have given them no stars if it was possible ...produced a personalised case which bore no resemblance to what I provided them with for my wife's Christmas and then refused to deal with my complaint . Do not order from this company their after sales is shocking.

Ordered a phone case with my basset hound's photo on it, could not believe how good it came out, absolutely brilliant 😁

Over the years I have had three cases from Hairyworm. The first one for my mobile phone fitted great and the photo I sent them to use was super. However, the second case I ordered which was for an Apple iPod came with the photo having been cropped and the cut outs for the power/volume controls well, were simply not cut out. The third case came as a gift and this time again the photo that was sent to them was elongated on the cover and yet again the cut outs for the power/volume were not cut out! I won't be having a fourth case off them. Further to the reply from Hairy worm, unfortunately as this item was a gift I do not have the order number.

Still not had delivery

I made an order on the 18th December for next day delivery 1-2 working days. My order still hasn’t arrived. I am not happy about this as it’s someone’s Christmas present. I’ve paid extra for delivery to come between 1-2 days and I still don’t have it I’ve been waiting 8 days already.

Great quality, lots of choices. Really quick delivery. Ordered on sun 22 dec and arrived 24! Fab service, thank you.
