When I received my Halloween decorations, they were used already. There were small stains and yellowing of the white cloth and plastics. Part of the prop was already assembled. I could've looked past these things, as they are Halloween decorations and the stains and yellowing can just add to the ambience, however, the motor on the prop didn't work. It was too weak and damaged to turn the metal rod that makes the item move. That is unacceptable. I did not order a used product. Additionally, when I went to return, they said it must be returned unopened and in original packaging. That is difficult to do when it didn't come that way. I called about this only to find out that I have to pay the roughly $50 to ship it back so they can inspect it and determine whether or not to refund me. The lights and sound works, so I am considering just keeping it, since my two year old love the ghosts and the lights and sounds. The company did reach out to me and said I could email them pictures of the items and they can assess it that way, but when their website calls the returns easy, this is not what I expected. I will update this if my issues get resolved.

I ordered the sweet dreams clown for $299. The day I ordered it I received an email saying that the order was canceled because the item was out of stock and that a full refund has been issued. It has been two weeks. There is no refund. Halloween express said over the phone, sorry but we already gave you the refund, I guess you’ll have to call your credit card company. Now I have to file a dispute. Very bad business. The company is obviously hurting for money. They charged me for a product they never had. I shouldn’t have been allowed to even order it over the Internet if it was out of stock.

Ive been trying to return the costume because it is too big. No one has responded tot he email

Ordered a prop, never shipped. Sent 2 questions asking about my order and received zero response.

My order arrived damaged. The moving jaw was broken off of the Undead Fred Hanging Head (package label). This item was called Clawing Corpse Hanging Head on the website. Despite the different names used, it looks to be the same item. I was surprised how poorly the item was packaged with no cushion around the head and allowing the much larger and heavier other boxed item inside to move around (and probably crushed the jaw off the head).

I've sent an email describing this situation without any response.

I have not received it yet. Ordered it oct 1 now Oct 11. Has not even shipped !!!

Great site, easy to use and has a ton of stuff!

Terrible so far. I ordered a costume that was in stock and paid extra for 1-2 day shipping. It’s now day 10 and still no costume. The customer service # is no good (not in service) so I emailed them to which a got a generic reply back stating that they typically will reply to the concern the same day or next business day worst case. Well they finally got back with me after 5 business days and said that because my order was over $99 that it was flagged. Well for starters there is not many things worth having on their website that costs less than $99 and furthermore it’s ironic how it was “flagged” so they couldn’t fulfill my order until it was reviewed however they had my money 10 seconds after I placed my order. I ended up ordering a second costume from Amazon which ended up being $40 cheaper and I already have it. I ordered it late on a Wednesday night and had it Friday morning. Do NOT give this company your money. Read all their reviews. This same issue happens to many many people who order from them. They are scammers. Even the customer service number on their follow up email is not in service. I’m not sure they are even a legit business. I’m sure i will not get the costume Orr my money back. Lesson learned I guess. Use them at your own risk.

We have purchased several costumes for our murder mystery dinner theater. All of them were a perfect true to size fit and looked great. Only 1 mishap with our warlock costume. The belt was missing. ..thats why only 4

Even though my product qualifies for a return the website will not let me return it and the people through chat cannot help me and no one will respond to my emails.

This costume was not worth the $45 I paid. It was thin and flimsy.

They were quick with my order and everything was in the package. Priced reasonable
