Excellent customer service!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE SCAM ARTIST! They immediately charged my credit card. Promised 24-48 hour shipping. It has been 10 days and costume still has not shipped. None of their phone numbers work. I have contacted them by chat 4 times and lie after lie. Read other reviews (I wish I had).

The mask had a lot of quality it was very realistic It took a few days to come but it was worth the wait

Waited 2 weeks for order then you tell me its out of stock.

Was charged and never informed the item was sold out until I called asking what the hold up was.
I did get refunded right away but it shouldn’t have taken a phone call to make that happen

We were worried it wouldn't arrive in time with an estimated delivery of 10/26. Needless to say they got it to us two weeks before the estimate. Very happy with the results!

Order status says awaiting shipment 2 weeks later. Was supposed to arrive in 3 days. Now the chat person Nicolea C…. Has ended my chat Every-time I get her. This website is a scam!

Ordered item but never received further information. Later found out it must have run out of stock and was canceled. While they did successfully process a refund the lack of communication was disappointing so will be looking into other companies in future for halloween decor.

I originally placed my order on October 1st, at which time everything was showing as in stock. I was supposed to receive my order by October 8th, but when I hadn’t heard anything on my order or received any shipping info I sent a message to customer service. In their response to me a few days later I was notified that one of the items was out of stock and that my remaining items had been processed and shipped. I allowed another week to go by waiting for my items to be delivered, but still nothing, so I sent another message to customer service. After a few days of no response I went ahead and called today to only find out my other items still have not been processed or shipped as had been previously told to me and that they didn’t know why. The only reason I’m giving this two stars is because the lady on the phone was nice and helpful. I can’t even speak to whether the quality is good or not, but I can say we won’t be wasting our time or money with any further orders from here

I tried repeatedly to contact the online store because they did not ship part of my order and left two chat messages. I only received a response when I threatened to dispute the charges with American Express. Then they immediately refunded me!

I ordered a swinging halloween prop and it didn't work when I received it so I had to send it back and they made me pay $24 in Shipping. Would never order again. I already paid $32 in shipping to have it sent to me.

Thought I was getting a red wig got a purple one had to return it and pay shipping to send back so im out $10 for shipping it back now still waiting for refund of original order. Hopefully I will get a full refund but will still be out the 10 to return it.
