So called Hapi Benefits app, reccommended by company doesnt work at all. opposite of hapi. standing in the store trying to get my discount and it didn't work and staff don't know about it. none of em work

I had an issue with the log in for my account which took a while to sort - the staff were so helpful and Najat on Customer Services deserves a special mention - really professional and nothing was too much trouble. She kept me informed throughout.
