We stayed at the apartment Matisse in…
We stayed at the apartment Matisse in Antibe. The apartment was clean and well located. The only suggestion I have is to consider putting a complete roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and perhaps some spares too would be helpful. The kitchen while well equipped lack dish cloths if you need to dry the dishes. Also just some basics like salt and pepper, tea and coffee satchets would be really appreciated.

Vacanza lido di Camaiore
Siamo stati a Lido di Camaiore nell'appartamento Allegra. Appartamento moderno, luminoso, pulito, elettrodomestici nuovi e ben funzionanti, le istruzioni per check-in e check-out sono state chiare.
Se proprio devo trovare il pelo nell'uovo, mi sarebbe piaciuto avere a disposizione un tagliere per la preparazione dei pasti, ma ci siamo arrangiati con un piatto grande.

We, our wife and I booked this for 4 days from 24-29 August.
The Viuv was stunning over Largo Majjoire that was nice, but the appartment was very Bad, it was ment for 4 persons, but there was only bed linning and Towels for two persons! Sunbeds on the balcony, Only one was ok rest, including one in serviceroom was defective. The Big table on the balcony could not be used because it was so unstabile that you could not eat with it. In the bathroom there was no places for our things because a steelreel was so unstabile because a missing Support.
Kitchenlocker to the ref was unable to lock.
All in all a disapointing experience and much to expencive.
Never book with Happy Rental, you will end up unhappy!!

We regret to hear that you did not raise your concerns during your stay. Our team is always available to assist, and if we had been informed, we could have immediately assisted you.
We reached out to you several times before your arrival, yet only after our check-out message did you respond and at that point raising complaints about the apartment and requesting a refund for leaving one day early, that we did not know obviously.
This we already replied to you by email and you answered back: “as a compensation I asked your Company to Return 150EU, I have heared nothing from you.
So now I Will Write our statement and complains on Trustpilot and Google.”
We strive to provide every guest with a pleasant stay and always encourage immediate communication so that any issues can be resolved on the spot. Regarding your comment, we recognize that requests for refunds in exchange for positive reviews have unfortunately become more common. Nevertheless, we respect your right to share your perspective and are hereby responding accordingly.

Le Maldive del Salento a Torre Lapillo
È stata una splendida vacanza, grazie soprattutto all' appartamento che ci ha fatto sentire a casa in un posto meraviglioso come Torre Lapillo. La casa, enorme, è dotata di ogni comfort e a due passi dal mare, un mare che non ha nulla da invidiare alle Maldive. Il riferimento per la prenotazione, Nicola, una persona squisita, sempre disponibile al telefono per rispondere alle mie domande estemporanee. Una vacanza che rifarei, che rifarò!!

Zeer slechte accommodatie Maraini Elegante
Accommodatie Maraini Elegante in Lugano Zwitserland komt niet overeen met de advertentie (voor ons geboekt via booking.com). Accommodatie Maraini Elegante is slechte oude staat, en ontzettend vies. Vlekken van bloed op de vloer aangetroffen en spetters op de muur bij het bed….
Contact met de beheerders lukt niet of nauwelijks. Op dag 2 kregen wij eindelijk iemand te spreken die alleen via de what’s app wilde contacten. Onvriendelijke manier van communiceren en niet bereid willig. Wordt afgewimpeld met er komt extra schoonmaak, maar deze is nooit gekomen. Op kantoor in de stad is niemand aanwezig, dus communicatie via daar ook 0. In de advertentie staat free parking, maar dit klopt niet. Er komen parkeerkosten bij a 43 CHF per dag!! Dit ook gemeld en werd beloofd dat er een compensatie voor zou komen. Terug in Nederland nu na een 1,5 maand en er is niets betaald. Hier nog een keer achter aan gezeten, komt goed en wordt betaald word gezegd, maar er wordt geen woord gehouden.

Het spijt ons zeer te lezen dat uw verblijf niet aan uw verwachtingen heeft voldaan en wij betreuren de ongemakken die u heeft ervaren. In het bijzonder bieden wij onze excuses aan indien u een tweede schoonmaak was beloofd die helaas nooit is uitgevoerd. Dit had niet mogen gebeuren.
Wat betreft het parkeren willen wij u erop wijzen dat parkeren niet bij de boeking is inbegrepen en dit duidelijk vermeld staat op Booking.com. Om deze reden kunnen wij geen informatie vinden over een overeenkomst tot compensatie. Onze excuses als hier een misverstand over is ontstaan.
Ons Boekings Team is 7 dagen per week van 8.00 uur tot 22.00 uur bereikbaar via e-mail en telefoon, en wij hebben zelfs 2 Nederlandse collega’s beschikbaar om onze Nederlandse gasten te ondersteunen.
Wij nemen alle feedback serieus en zullen uw opmerkingen zorgvuldig bekijken om onze diensten en communicatie met toekomstige gasten te verbeteren.

Apartament: Allegra w Lido di Camaire.
Apartament nowy, przestronny, nowocześnie wyposażony we wszystkie potrzebne naczynia i sprzęty: lodówka, mikrofalówka, zmywarka, pralka, telewizor i bezcenna klimatyzacja na gorące dni. Podziemny parking.
Okolica bezpieczna i spokojna. Odległość od morza około 1 km.
Bardzo dobra komunikacja z przedstawicielem Happy Rentals, przekazane dokładne instrukcje (nawet w postaci filmów) pozwoliły bezproblemowo dostać się do mieszkania i garażu.

Soggiorno casa al Ponte dei Marmi-Querceta
Abbiamo alloggiato nella casa al Ponte dei Marmi / Querceta.
Soggiorno ottimo e location perfetta. Cercavamo una casa per un gruppo numeroso, e qui abbiamo trovato una sistemazione con tutti i comfort, spaziosa e in posizione strategica per spostarsi in auto e visitare le meraviglie della zona.
Pulizia e odine impeccabili, lenzuola e asciugamani inclusi, molto apprezzata la presenza di due bagni (uno con grande vasca per i momenti di relax) e il giardino antistante per colazioni all'aperto.
Per i bimbi più piccoli ci sono stati messi a disposizione su richiesta sia la culla che il seggiolone.
Gli host sono stati fin da subito disponibili nell'offrirci tutte le indicazioni necessarie, ci hanno dato massima flessibilità per il check-in e sono stati sempre a disposizione durante il soggiorno.
Assolutamente consigliato!

Es tut uns sehr leid, dass Ihre Erfahrung nicht Ihren Erwartungen entsprochen hat. Wir möchten jedoch klarstellen, dass unser Team vor Ort und unser Büro vor Ihrem Aufenthalt über mehrere E-Mails und WhatsApp-Nachrichten mit Ihnen in Kontakt standen, um Ihnen beim Check-in und anderen Anliegen zu helfen.
Leider wurden wir während Ihres Aufenthalts im Magic Woodland Escape Lake View (vom 29. August bis zum 3. September) nicht über etwaige Probleme informiert und konnten Ihnen daher zu diesem Zeitpunkt keine Hilfe leisten. Daher können wir einer Rückerstattung allein auf Grundlage Ihrer E-Mails, die wir zwei Wochen nach Ihrem Aufenthalt erhalten haben, nicht zustimmen.
Wir sind stets bemüht, unseren Gästen einen reibungslosen und angenehmen Aufenthalt zu bieten, und bedauern, dass wir während Ihres Besuchs nicht auf Ihre Bedenken aufmerksam gemacht wurden, damit wir Abhilfe schaffen konnten.
Sie haben zweimal geschrieben, dass Sie eine schlechte Bewertung abgeben würden, wenn Sie keine Rückerstattung von 50 % erhalten würden. Dies ist in letzter Zeit eine gängige Form der Einschüchterung geworden. Wir erkennen jedoch Ihr Recht an, Ihre Meinung zu äußern, und haben Ihnen hiermit eine entsprechende Antwort zukommen lassen.

Appartement in Viareggio is goed. Prima keuken, badkamer en airco. Meer dan genoeg ruimte met ons tweeën. Parkeren kan voor €8 per dag voor de deur, of gratis aan de overkant van het water. Strand en boulevard op loopafstand. Contactpersonen goed bereikbaar.

Happy.Rentals haben offenbar organisatorisches und Kommunikation vorab für die lokale Besitzer übernommen. Unser Kontakt war also auf vor der Anreise und kurz vor der Abreise begrenzt; hier lief alles reibungslos. Sie haben uns proaktiv und rechtzeitig kontaktiert und alle Angaben haben gepasst, besonders wichtig weil unser Unterkunft inmitten der Natur lag. Vor Ort waren die Besitzer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten keine Probleme.

La verdure , les oliviers et les vignes évidemment ainsi que le calme de la nature .
Le matelas est très mauvais . C'est un gros point négatif . A changer de toute urgence pour les futurs locataires . Sinon , pauvre dos !!!!!

Kontakt vor Ort eher mangelhaft.
Leider haben wir mit der Vermittlung Happy Rentals keine guten Erfahrungen gemacht. Zunächst wurde uns eine völlig falsche Adresse unseres Ferienhauses mitgeteilt, weshalb wir zusätzlich ca. 100 km in die falsche Richtung gefahren sind. Leider war beim lokalen Team niemand für uns zu erreichen, wir wurden an den Vermieter direkt verwiesen. Man hat uns auf Nachfrage zumindest 50€ für das Benzin erstattet, daher 1 Stern. Das lokale Team hat sich erst gar nicht mehr gemeldet.
Unser Ferienhaus vor Ort befand sich leider in einem sehr schlechten Zustand. Wir haben erst mal geputzt, im Garten lagen Essensreste, der Grill war komplett verdreckt! Auch dies haben wir direkt dem Vermieter mitgeteilt, sogar mit Fotos. Hier kam keine Reaktion und bis heute weder eine Entschuldigung, geschweige eine Entschädigung erhalten. Auf Nachfrage bei Happy Rentals wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass man uns hier leider nicht weiterhelfen könnte, da wir uns ja nicht an das lokale Team gewandt haben, welches ja nicht erreichbar war… Happy Rentals war hier leider nicht sehr kooperativ, und hat sogar sehr frech geantwortet. Einfach schade, wir sind sehr oft in Kroatien und werden hier nie wieder buchen. Positiv zu bewerten ist, dass ich im Nachhinein überhaupt jemand gemeldet hat.
