Suite Ondina Viareggio Italië
Wij verbleven in Viareggio Italië in Suite Ondina. Het was een heerlijk verblijf. Het appartement was ruim en centraal gelegen bij de boulevard en het strand. Het contact met de host was goed. Ze waren flexibel met de in- en uitcheck tijd en dachten graag in mee hoe zij ons verblijf zo prettig mogelijk konden maken.

Rod og manglende vedligeholdelse levede ikke op til billederne på AIRBNB
Jeg og min familie tog til Saint-Blaise, Frankrig og boede i Villa Benni.
Jeg skulle fejre min 60 års fødselsdag og vi havde brugt meget tid på at finde et skønt hus med pool. Detda det fremstod så ordentligt på billederne.
Da vi tjekkede ind, blev vi alle meget overrasket over den standard vi så i huset. Både inde og ude, var slet ikke at sammenligne med de billeder der ligger på Airbnb. Hus og have trænger gevaldigt til en ordentlig omgang rengøring (det er meget støv og spindelvæv indenfor) vedligeholdelse og kæmpe oprydning udenfor.
Elektriciteten gik ud fire gange - den ene gang om natten og vi måtte smide kødpålæg og mælk ud.
Det ene håndtag manglede i brusekabinen og det andet håndtag knækkede af (grundet rust). Skab i bad kunne ikke lukkes, hvorfor de havde at en skammel foran.
Jeg kontaktede det lokale team, der skulle hjælpe os med strøm, lamper der ikke virkede, seng der kollapsede. Jeg skrev adskillige beskeder frem og tilbage med Léo, som blev ved med at skrive banaliteter tilbage, som for eksempel, at han var ude at køre (i et døgn????). Der var ingen handling på tingene. Til sidst skrev jeg direkte, at jeg ikke synes han tog vores problemer seriøst og spurgte om han havde tænkt sig at gøre noget ved det. Derefter kom han med forslag om 175,- € i kompensation….. det sagde jeg ja til, da jeg oplevede at jeg ikke fik noget ud af at fortsætte kommunikationen.
Efter vi kom hjem, blev jeg så træt af, at der gik så meget tid og energi på ferien, med at være et sted hvor vi havde betalt 18.900 kr for at bo et sted, der SLET IKKE LEVEDE OP TIL DET DE LOVEDE.
Jeg vil derfor anmode om yderligere refusion.

Regarding your request for additional compensation, you have already informed Airbnb and they have examined your case and closed it with the refund we had already sent you of 175€.

Just beautiful
Great house, everything you need. Garden is fully closed with a lot of privacy. Even our small dog was secure and couldn’t get out. Friendly staff, weekly changing bedlinen and towels, really great! All beautiful towns are nearby, Lazise, Pesciera etc. The village where Casa Zini is at, has great restaurants, a small supermarket, bakery and ice cream shop. All you need. We will come back! And not forget the beautiful swimmingpool, big and beautiful with a lot of chairs to lay down and rest in the Italian sun!❤️

Happy rentals, unhappy guests
This was one of the most frustrating experiences we had. Apparently there was a misunderstanding with the crib for our baby and they didn't prepare one, The host was unhelpful, blamed me for the crib and didn't even try to assist. He even got offended and didn't want to share his name. This ruined the first two days of our 5 days vacation as we had to travel around the area to look for a crib.
The place is smaller than it looks on the pictures, especially the bathroom. it is ground floor, going directly on the street and was missing some crucial amenities like coffee machine and iron. The small bed for our older kid was extremely uncomfortable. Even the sheets were rough and uncomfortable.
To summarize, the host gave us very poor customer service and didn't try to solve our problems, but even if we ignore that, the apartment is poorly managed and not comfortable.

Unfortunately, since we could not provide one without confirmation or payment in advance, we did not have a cot available at check-in. We understand traveling with children can be challenging, and we did our best to explain the situation.
Regarding the apartment, the photos and amenities listed in the description are accurate and reflect what is provided. The apartment is indeed on the ground floor, and this is also mentioned in the listing.
We always strive to make our guests comfortable and are disappointed that you felt otherwise. Your feedback has been noted, but we also kindly remind future guests to carefully review the listing details and confirm any special requests before arrival so that we can best accommodate them.
Airbnb, where the guest booked, has confirmed the same.

Sehr idyllische und ruhige Lage mit…
Sehr idyllische und ruhige Lage mit sehr guten Anschluss nach Lugano Zentrum (Postauto) Unmittelbarer Startpunkt zu vielen tollen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Ich war mit allem sehr glücklich und ich komme wieder. Der Ausblick war einfach traumhaft.

Man wurde von der Firma mehrmals vorab informiert. Leider hat der Inhaber der Ferienwohnung vor Ort sich bei Ankunft nicht selbst gemeldet, wie es in der E-Mail von Happy.Rentals stand, sondern wir mussten ihn bezüglich der Schlüsselübergabe kontaktieren.

L'appartamento da noi prenotato a Riva del Garda (Appartamento Eureka) era moderno e ben attrezzato, in una bella la posizione da cui si raggiunge il centro anche a piedi con una breve passeggiata. Comodissimo il garage privato. I due terrazzi con vista sulle montagne sono splendidi e perfetti per mangiare all’aperto. Staff di Happy Rentals gentilissimo e sempre disponibile.

We were delighted by the position of the apartment: we could reach the sea within a few minutes, and the city of Lugano and so on.
And the apartment itself was great. The only thin we would appreciate for the next time is to change the mattress of the bed in the parent´s room.
