Absolute disgrace of a company, the 5ft specky wee man of a driver needs sacked and your customer service is shocking you should be ashamed! Bus left 40 mins late and vomit all over the place no air con or windows, just a horrible experience which ruined my night and any other passenger I spoke to on the bus

We paid £73.95 for 2 return coach tickets and the experience was extremely poorly organised.

The outbound bus was around 40 minutes late and despite people having booked and paid tickets, there appeared to be no proper booking checks. Around 8 passengers were left behind as the bus was full and were told another bus was on its way, only for us later to find out that no replacement bus was actually coming. Leaving some passengers going home and some getting taxis independently.

The return arrangements were just as frustrating. We were told that the pick up was around where we got dropped off but it was actually a 45 minute walk away.

Poor communication, poor organisation and certainly not the level of service expected for £73.95.

We used Happy Bus for MCR at Bellahouston, to get us back to Buchanan Bus Station. I was anxious about getting back but I had no reason to worry. The bus stop was clearly sign posted and as we left during the last song the queue was not very long. We got back safely quickly and easily, stress free.

Never again. Bus to the concert from Buchanan bus station was fine, but after the concert was absolutely shocking. Waited at least an hour and a half to get on a bus, from the end of the concert at 11 to about half past midnight and it took about half an hour between buses turning up. Seemed like when it hit midnight drivers just decided they weren’t coming back to the venue even though there was over 100 people waiting. Missed the bus back to dundee and had a panic attack waiting for the happy bus to show up because it was never ending. It’s lucky I booked a later bus to dundee just in case. Got home at half 4 in the morning from a gig that ended at 11pm thanks to happy bus. Take my advice and avoid.

Took the bus to the My Chemical Romance concert at Bellahouston park in Glasgow. Pickup was great service from Buchannan bus station. Lots of customer service. When I asked where to meet the bus on the way back they weren't sure. Found the queue but staff had no idea where the busses were. Waited standing in a queue for over an hour waiting for a bus. I understand traffic was bad but they should have had the busses waiting when the concert let out.

Booked "return to city centre" shuttle bus from Bellahouston to Buchanan bus station as thought that this would be most reliable way to get back to the city centre at the end of my chemical romance concert.
I was advised that there would be numerous coaches and we would just have to turn up and get on. Myself and 100's of others were left queuing for over an hour after concert with no sign of a bus and even when one turned up, there was no space for everyone to get on so had to wait longer for another. Didn't get back to city centre until closer to 1am despite being in a queue from 11.15pm. Badly organised and would have been better getting train/subway.

It was convenient. But bus driver made an additional ouy-of-the way stop getting us tp the concert a bit late> was also a pain because it took 2 hours from Dunfermline to Glasgow. Also delayed on the way back. Return bus was pretty scrappy. Driver didn't leave until i called the bus company - it was past the 45 minute post concert timeframe.

The coach assigned to us from Aberdeen to Glasgow on a day where it was 22-28 degrees had no air conditioning. The backup option - opening the roof’s vents - was also not working. Absolute hell on the bus. Convenience is high but don’t count of comfort.

Went for the bus for Take That, we had to wait a long time for bus to go. When we did go the bus clapped and cheered as everyone was fed up waiting. The adverting made it sound like ongoing buses before the concert but the wait seemed to be to fill the bus. This meant we arrived much later than we should have.

We waited 40 minutes for our bus for take that 2 buses arrived the drivers had lists and the girl running it just let the queue of folk get on without checking everyone on the lists. Very unprofessional I spoke to her and asked her to take our names she wasn’t bothered she didn’t want us around her she just said to email happy bus for a refund which I have done twice. I phoned twice and it just rang out. I am not happy my sister had to drive us to Glasgow and back yesterday.
We already had a nightmare this week with loch Lomond travel cancelling our bus 2 days before the concert and still waiting on a refund from them aswell as the happy bus were now over £200 down and no service received Shocking!

An accident led to the road being shut down and the bus not being able to pick us up, which fair enough that wasn’t the company’s fault.

What was their fault was how they handled it, they left us for 45 minutes with no information on what was happening, then messaged us with just a ‘we’ll update you later’ - we waited another 15 minutes, they’ll phoned one person in the queue saying they’re going to book 9 seater taxis to come and collect us, before phoning again and saying they’re can’t get the taxis and asking if we can make our own way there? Well, no. That’s why we booked a shuttle bus. Another 15 minutes, oh they are sending taxis. Nearly 2 hours after we should’ve been on the bus we were in 4 seater taxis. Then the best part! The taxi driver had no idea where the bus would collect us, we were told the bus would be there for the show ending, which great. Which of the car parks was it at though? I assumed we would get a text stating where we should go, no signs up anywhere in the venue, we walked around for miles, the staff had no clue either, and we couldn’t get through to happy bus on the phone. It took us 40 minutes to find the bus and 2 laps of the grounds, we left the concert early as well. All in all, they clearly are very unprepared for unexpected events and how to handle them, which puts me off booking again. The only reason I’m giving two starts is because we did get there, albeit it was very stressful and put a dampener on our night.

No issues at all.
Very happy with the service provided. The bus left on time to Edinburgh for the Summer sessions and was exactly where we expected it at pickup time.

Had to walk miles after oasis to get the bus only to be told me and my friend couldn't get on because there were no seats!!! Pointed out there was 1 empty seat and 1 seat with a happy bus employee on it who was getting a lift back to Dundee. Driver said he had to take him back so get our stuff and get off!! Shocking service would never use again.

Used Happy Bus to and from East Kilbride twice now, first for Punk All Dayer in Bellahouston Park, then For AC/DC in Murrayfield. Both times easy enough to navigate, the busses after the gigs are all lined up with the destinations in the front window so you just keep walking till you find yours. Drivers and other staff pleasant enough too. We will likely use the service again.

missed a train because sat on the bus for 35 mins ..... Only one bus resulting in waiting ages.
Total rip off . £45 i ain't getting back and would of been cheaper and quicker getting a taxi

We booked for return trip only Edinburgh- Glasgow after Oasis and didn't realise how far away the bus would be. We couldn't see any busses with Glasgow in the window whole of Corstorphine Road and we couldn't see any of the Happy Bus staff either. After about an hour of walking up and down and starting to get really stressed out, we did eventually find a really nice member of staff (young girl with blonde hair, didn't catch her name) who offered to walk us up to the bus , which was just much further on than we'd have anticipated. At least 1.5 miles, if not 2, from the stadium.
Alas, we finally got on a bus at 11.40pm and got back to Glasgow 1.20am, as it stopped in Cumbernauld first. The bus was clean and comfortable and cool after such a stifling day, so no complaints there but we feel better info on where busses will be would have helped.

THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE! 40min late but no phone call to say there running ABSOLUTELY LATE !!. Dropped of at the wrong destination to where we were supposed to get picked up . Bus driver confirmed it . It was a diffrent bus company that took me home for free . Andy (head guy) I've used your services 8/9 times . Guys if you can go big green coach company . Atrocious at best . ASK YOURSELF THIS WHY I'D A COMPANY THAT'S BEEN GOING FOR YEARS ONLY HAVE THE LAST FEW DAYS REVIEWS 🤔 BECAUSE IT GETS SCRUBBED then there back to new page!!! Says it all 💯

Was so worried about happy bus after reading recent reviews about people’s experiences. It was quite chaotic at the bus station and the queue system didn’t make sense to us. Queues were divided and people who were behind us originally got on bus before us. Buses were roasting but I get that isn’t happy bus fault and the weather was warm. People got talking and several people appeared to have paid different amounts? Got into Edinburgh no problem. We were given 45 minutes to get back to the bus after the end of the gig, this could do with being extended especially for larger size events as it was a rush in busy crowds. Buses were parked about 15 minutes from the venue and well signposted. Got to Edinburgh and back without any fault and would use again.

Booked the Happy Bus from Ayr upto Oasis @ Murrayfield, was a bit worried after reading recent reviews but can honestly say everything was spot on. Bus was on time. Driver was a legend. Atmosphere was amazing. Was well run by staff and would defo use again.
