After Pink in Hampden on the 29th of June 24, the bus to Coatbridge was late causing a queue and we did not arrive on home on time for the advertised time. The happy bus operator told us the company Abbey that they were using is notorious for being late. If the happy bus chose to use these suppliers this is fully on them. Ruined the end to what would have been a great night out. I’ve used buses like this in the past, included for Taylor Swift the ears tour and I have not had to wait this long. When the bus did arrive it smelled of Marijuana, I don’t know if this was from the driver or if a fox had urinated all over the bus. Terrible service and would not recommend

Shocking service. Bus was suppose to pick up from Hampden Park (Pink Concert) from Asdas every 15min. After standing in the que for an hour and half with no communication we decided to get an uber into Glasgow by then we had missed the last bus at midnight therefore had to get another Uber from Glasgow to Perth costing a further £100. Not happy at all. Take your money then couldnt care less.

Used to travel from Edinburgh to Bellahouston park in Glasgow. Coach picked up us as planned both to and from the concert.

The only negative was that the pick up time to travel to the concert was moved forward by two hours, so we did have to change our plans to be there in time, but I assume this was to get us to the venue for the official start time/support acts.

I was a bit apprehensive about whether the coach would turn up after reading some negative reviews, (I didn’t see them until after I’d made the booking) but it all worked out fine for us so wanted to give credit where it’s due

If there was a negative 5 stars, that’s what I would leave as a review following service from seeing pink at Hampden Park last night. Absolutely shambolic. Arrive for our shuttle bus home having walked straight from pink finishing, joined the queue at about 11pm. We were told numerous times busses were on the way, at one point told that 6 buses we were the way back from Buchanan street bus station which was absolute lies. They never appeared. Eventually a staff member flagged down a random bus who must’ve agreed to take a coach load back. Must’ve been hundreds of us stood for two hours to eventually get on a bus whose clutch smelled like it was on its last legs. Felt bad for the folk left standing! Small kids and pregnant women were in the queue as well. Just awful service.

Bus collected us on time and left after the concert on time. Was apprehensive due to reviews but we had no issues.

Used the happy bus for the first time to go see Pink at Hampden. I can assure you there is nothing happy about it. It came an hour late for pick up from Edinburgh and due to the driver going the longest way possible to get on the m8 we ended up 2 hours late for the start of the concert. It didn't end there though. Went to the pick up point we were told to go to on the way back and surpise surpise no bus showed. None of the stewards could help until eventually we were told to walk 2 streets away which was no where near Hampden. It was appalling service and to top it all off the bus driver went down a road in edinburgh that was closed and had no idea what to do so we all had to get of the bus before we were even in town. I've emailed them for a refund but cannot stress enough DO NOT EVER USE THIS SERVICE

Some confusion as to bus was coming got txt saying 30mins late, them get conflicting stories that bus broke down they're sending taxis etc. I phoned emailed three times no answer I was travelling on own had to.make a decision so ended up getting train only to find out that bus eventually turned up. This was tues 25th I'm still.waiting on explaination and money back for train on a positive not I did get bus back. It's just no communication no way of instant contact am no happy at lack of communication, just total silence as regards to.explanation! Just be careful in using them.

If I could give a 0 rating I would ! Didn’t turn up till 3 hours after we were meant to leave which meant we missed all the support acts . Then after the gig it wasn’t clear where to get the bus and it left without us .it wasn’t a nice experience at all !

Awful!! Do not use! Money grabbing and don't care about customers service, bus didn't show! no communication until after several phone calls from others to then say they had been let down by a bus and were arranging taxis! No update on this to then be told an hour and a half after the bus was to pick us up that another bus was going to be another hour!! Missed half the gig that we were super excited to see, no apologies no communication waiting on a response on several platforms!!

Bus turned up 3 hours late, stood in bucketing rain waiting and missed most of the concert by the time we got there. Tried phoning, texting and emailing to get info, NOTHING!!
2nd time using this company and both times pick up was late and missed the supporting bands. Definitely 1000% DO NOT recommend this company

Left waiting outside our pick up point for over 45 minutes.
Another customer decided to phone to find out what was happening and thats when we were told the bus had been cancelled.
Initially told they would sort taxis for everyone to get to Glasgow to then be told to find our own way there.
Pick up should have been 3pm, didn't manage to get a taxi until half 5. Missed all the support acts.
Was completely let down and ruined the night.
What was more annoying was the fact they knew the bus was cancelled and made no attempt to contact the 30 people that were waiting for it in the pouring rain.

I can only talk about Glasgow shuttle bus services they ran for Green Day gig. I would highly recommend if you going to gig in Bellahouston Park since they were able drop off at Mosspark Blvd and pick up at same place. I would give them try when I got gig at Hampden Park.

It gets you there and back, but is more expensive and much slower than just taking the normal bus. Our driver kept asking us for directions because he didn’t know where he was going, and dropped us quite far from the venue. The pick up point on the way back wasn’t very clear, and the bus left before some passengers could find it. We needed to organise a group chat with everyone on board to ensure we were all safe. I booked the Happy Bus for safety and convenience as I was travelling to the gig on my own. I felt less safe than usual because if the strange pick up and drop off points. Won’t use again.

Bus from Coatbridge to murrayfield for Taylor swift seamless and great service

Many thanks to the Ayr bus driver who waited for my 18 year old daughter and her friend after Taylor Swift concert at Murryfield 9th June. They got lost as they were directed out of different side of stadium and struggled to find the bus as they had headed in wrong direction. Google maps wouldn't load, I think due to the amount of people trying to access after event. The driver phoned them reassured them he would wait for them and they asked a man with Lothian Transport jacket for directions. The man staff member spoke to driver on phone and walked with the girls the rest of the way to bus. Thank you so much for waiting. 5 star service. On way up to concert driver was dressed in pink hat on feather boa and had Taylor Swift songs playing and the girls said was lovely atmosphere on bus. Thank you for making it a night to remember for all the right reasons.

We had Kevin the driver take us to Taylor Swift and back from East Kilbride. Excellent service, Kevin made sure we all knew where we were getting picked up and called people who were late to make sure they were ok. Couldn’t fault it. I used happy bus for rewind a previous year and again, no issues at all.
I was with my young daughter at Taylor Swift and it was comforting to know we had reliable transport home, thanks Kevin and Happy Bus 👍

Absolutely no complaints with Happy Bus from Aberdeen to Taylor Swift, slight delay but safe journey there and back, very courteous driver who was adamant everyone was getting on and safely back home.

I accidentally ordered 4 tickets from this company for transport to Taylor Swift this coming June, thinking I was following a link to a similarly named and far more reputable company.

I caught my mistake minutes after ordering and immediately requested a refund, but they refused. Like many reviewers here, I have had to initiate chargeback to recover my money.

They don't comply with distance selling regulations or have any degree of flexibility.

I wouldn't use them again.

Great experience with happy bus. Booked for Queens of the Stoneage from Edinburgh to Glasgow and a return to Edinburgh. Our driver Andy was super helpful and friendly. There was a mix up with pick up points but Andy made sure no one was left behind and everyone got to and from the venue promptly. Thanks Andy
