My parcel is yet to arrive
My parcel is yet to arrive. The last tracking was 9 days ago and I've been sent me an email saying that they don't know where the parcel is but it is definitely on the way. I have messaged the service line and am waiting for a response. Possibly best to send Trust Pilot requests after the parcel has been delivered.

Not received order
I placed my order on 29th Sept. It was due to arrive Oct 10th and never came it wasn’t dispatched until I sent a follow-up email on the 12th of October wondering where my order was. As I had been sent no dispatch email or follow-up after my order. New delivery date said Thursday, the 15th of October but it has not come.This is not good enough. I don’t have the items I need for my trip and fly out in the morning. It has been over two weeks and my order is still in France.

The company sent me the wrong item. Then, when I was trying to return the wrong item so I could get a refund for the item I had bought the company kept ignoring my emails. Terrible service.

The product is fine
The product is fine, but the delivery time was quite remarkable — almost a month for one overshirt. I placed the order on September 9, and by the time it arrived, the item had practically completed a small European tour.
I’m happy with the product, but the logistics were far too slow for a normal online order. That’s the main reason for my 3/5 rating.
