The parcel was delayed by 10 days due to them needing to restock. Then I had a dispatch email, then a “delivered” email but it’s not here. I’ve emailed them trice but no response. They’ve got my money but I don’t have my products

They sent the wrong item completely. Said they couldn't even send the correct item, even though it was still on their website. They didnt even refund the shipping. What a absolute waste of time. Definitely wouldn't recommend the company

Had to pay import tax
I have given 4 stars as was a good site to navigate. Ordered a Rab anorak and beanie for my husband and ordered the hat so would take over the free shipment charge however, I did not realise if the cost is over £162 then there is an import tax to pay before delivery. I had to pay £49.95, so please be aware if ordering and you are in the UK.
