Item not delivered after 2 weeks wait.
Paid for a new Rucksack, was told it was being sent, A number of days later was told courier requied more information, Hardloop said they were sending what was required.
2 weeks later, courier retuned the rucksack to Hardloop, i'm no further on with my purchase and have to start again. Hardloop did make a refund to paypal immediately on my request.
I'm no wiser as to why i didn't receive my item?

Got the old "sorry there was a stock…
Got the old "sorry there was a stock glitch" email for a order. The Patagonia bag I ordered wasn't actually in stock now I have to wait for a refund. They did get in touch to let me know which was good but still shouldn't have happened. They also offered a 10% discount code which I doubt I'll use.

Very good for me but my partner’s still…
Very good for me but my partner’s still waiting for their equipment which is now out of stock after the very wrong unrelated gear was sent. The refund hasn’t arrived either. I can’t use the equipment until all is resolved so I am disappointed, sorry.
Thank you for your reply stating you will reach out to me the same day. That was days ago and I haven’t heard anything. My partner hasn’t received the refund within the stated timeframe (your timeframe) either. What do we have to do to get a resolution?
