Delivery time was much longer than expected
Arrived as expected and packaged well
However took a lot longer than expected - would be useful if better communication given as to estimate of delivery and then confirmation of when shipped - also from which country since this impacts delivery times

There are several Hardloop on here
There are several Hardloop on here, all the same company. This is misleading.
Ordered waited two weeks then DPD wants £124 customs fees before I could receive my items.
Refused now need to wait gor my money back.
Don't waste your time find a uk company.

Item hasn’t arrived after a confirmed delivery date in August, I’ve chased for an update to be told it’s still going to be delivered but no idea when. Refund requested but no response yet, worst customer service I’ve experienced. Will never buy from them again.

Once I got past the rejected payment details (bank/foreign supplier issue) and paid via PayPal everything went smoothly and my package was delivered quickly. My 6 months pregnant DiL loves the Mamalia baby wear coat and it was a perfect fit, we chose size S for her usual UK size 10. Great value too.

Delivery did not arrive. Issues at customs charging me over 1600£. Then this was fixed and an hour pater they were being sent back.
