Failed delivery to UK
Package seemed to get stuck in delivery. There was one status update and then nothing. Hardloop team replied to messages but didn’t seem to be able to get any information from the courier. Ended up requesting refund as was leaving for my trip - 25 days after ordering and 8 days after expected delivery. Inconvenienced

Unfortunately, despite our follow-up with the carrier, they ultimately confirmed that the parcel had been lost in transit. As soon as we received this confirmation, we issued you a full refund.
We completely understand the frustration, especially as you were waiting for the order for your upcoming trip, and we’re sorry we weren’t able to get it to you in time.
Great polo shirt
Would have given 5* but it took a bit longer to arrive due to the polo shirt running out of stock, plus a late communication about why I waited longer. But I still admit they dealt with my issue very professionally and did offer a refund if I wasn’t happy due to a late delivery. Great top by falljaven , fit my husband true to size and great material . He is a XXL .

Failed to provide free return label as required for incorrect item, expecting me to pay £32 return costs.

Regarding the return, we would like to clarify that your return is completely free. The return label provided by Hardloop is prepaid, so you should not have to pay the £32 requested by the Post Office.

Discounted price on the Fjallraven…
Discounted price on the Fjallraven Orvik jeans in wood brown. Good fit, nice and lightweight, great for travelling. Hardloop website is an easy to navigate. Only minor point though was not sure why there is a long lead time from order to delivery of which I was aware of from the outset. Ordered on 02/08 , delivery date between 14-17/08. As stated overall not a major issue but would have liked them earlier. Would buy from Hardloop again.

Purchased a quality walking backpack (to UK)
The purchase price was very competitive even accounting for courier service.
The website was intuitive and the basket/checkout procedure straightforward.
I was a little concerned order overseas, only because it's a unknown quantity. Would not hesitate to do it again or recommend to others.
Note complete order was within the threshold low-value B2C parcels something to consider outside France.

Wrong item sent
Disappointed that the item I ordered did not get delivered. Instead a totally different item was received. I have since emailed 3 times and requested the correct item to be sent.
I’ve heard nothing from the company and have now not got a jacket or a refund.

Sent me the wrong item (a bag I ordered a helmet) no reply for days. I would gave hoped they realised their mistake and sent me the item i ordered whilst waiting for the bag, instead i have to wait weeks for the whole thing to turn around - not great customer service considering its not an error on my part

Avoid at all costs
Avoid at all costs! I ordered a pair of shoes which took 3.5 weeks to arrive and once the package arrived I realised they had sent me a random backpack I didn't order instead of the shoes!
Now I have to go to the hassle of sending the backpack back to them while I wait for what could be weeks for my refund to come in for the shoes I never received.
