Terrible service
I have been waiting 10 days for my order with no updates. I have emailed numerous times to speak to someone and not had a single response or acknowledgement of any kind. £120 lighter, no products and no response from anyone. Very disappointing.

Ordered a Mammut rucksack for a walking trip and received a pair of size 7 sandals! Not great or even my size 😄. Contacted Hardloop twice hoping to resolve quickly but no response.

Hardloop bettered any price elsewhere…
Hardloop bettered any price elsewhere and had my size while most suppliers, including Garmont, didn't.
Delivery was slightly late due to customs, but still fairly quick.
Shoes are exactly what I wanted and fitted pretty well perfectly straight out the box.

If I could rate a minus 5 stars I…
If I could rate Hardloop minus 5 stars I would. Ordered the shoes nearly 2 months ago and they delivered to wrong address. I’m not the only person they have mucked up like this. Look at all the 1 star reviews from people across Europe where this has also happened to them. Hardloop appear to simply not want to know about sending a refund. I have been told by them to claim via the delivery company. To initiate this hardloop wanted a completed claim form. So I provided this for them. Next they wanted my signature and a copy of my passport for id confirmation. What the actual f..k? Not a chance. I went to my bank head office to discuss the matter and they told me to not send them anything and sounded suspicious Could Hardloop be scammers? I hope not. Are they banking on me not sending my id details and thus not eligible for a refund? More likely. Are all the positive reviews on the website fake? Who knows. Are the customer service reps bots? Judging by the language it could be. So many questions. In summary, do not order from these people. Look at the recent 1 star and 2 star reviews in the last few months. Tells you everything you need to know. The bank even mentioned about contacting the fraud department. I won’t go that route just yet. In the meantime I have requested a chargeback from the bank. The ball is in your court Hardloop. It all does look a bit suss and I can see you being investigated if you don’t take accountability. The money for me is not the issue; It’s the principle. It’s pathetic that they are desperate to keep my, and a lot of other people’s, cash like this. Interest will be building up in their bank account instead of the customers. Will my £68.00 be returned? Will I get 2 months worth of interest on top of this? I doubt it. What I don’t doubt is that one of their customer representatives will reply to this review in a fraction of the time than replying to an email. In fact…. Is this company even real? So many questions.
Update:
4 months on and no refund. What are you doing Hardloop? Thats 4 months of my money earning you interest instead of me. I know they will come back to me and say they are investigating. Of course they are.

It might be my age, because I bought a pair of training shoes in Spain size 44 and they fit perfectly. However, the shoes I bought from you were to tight causing me discomfort. I had to take out the insoles to see if there was any difference, but still to tight. A size up would have been useful to a 45

All in all a very pleasant and simple experience! Using the website is straightforward, pricing was a lot cheaper, and the item was delivered quickly even though it shipped from France. Unfortunately I had to return the item but the returns process was very straightforward. Not gotten the refund yet as the item is still on its way but so far it was all very simple.
