Didn’t receive a tracking number of…
Didn’t receive a tracking number of confirmation of the parcel being dispatched. I then reached out for an update and was told it was lost in transit despite not having a confirmation they had dispatched it. I received a partial refund (not including the shipping cost).

Don't use if you're in the UK!!!
I ordered some Leki running poles for an ultra... I've now done the race and they still haven't arrived. Customer service got back to me after about 4 days but no help. Can't cancel the order, or get a refund and - while the poles were cheaper than in the UK - it's still £160 I might as well have set on fire. Really disappointing, haven't had these issues from other French/German suppliers.
Delivery kept saying 'tomorrow, tomorrow' so I put off buying a replacement until the last minute and ended up spending heaps more on poles that don't fit. I'd avoid Hardloop for sure if you're in the UK.
Their site is genuinely misleading about the level of service they provide to overseas customers.
Updated: Another message from customer services. Still no refund.

I had been looking for a specific pair of cycling undershorts everywhere, but they were sold out on most sites, but I found them here at a very reasonable price, so I ordered them. Delivery
Delivery took several weeks and I was given 2 different dates which both proved to be wrong. Communication about the delay was poor so I had to chase but got no clarity of when delivery would take place. Need to manage this better.

Good but not ideal
Firstly, it was a really great price for my shoes. Unfortunately the online checkout seemed to have a bug because I didn't get a confirmation screen or email but I saw the money had been taken out of my account. I submitted a customer service form and didn't hear anything as quickly as I would have liked so called them. Not ideal as I'm in the UK and they are in France. However, they were extremely friendly, polite and helpful. Order had gone through and item was shipped and delivered quickly. Overall I'm pleased!
