The products were lovely and arrived quickly, although I feel the only option of £6 postage was a bit steep seeing as it was just a regular thin cardboard box with no other packaging inside and had a postage label of £3.58 on it.......
Edit: To admit there was a problem with the postage calculations on your website and still not offer me the difference refunded, and then not respond to my Facebook private message to you, is terrible customer service in my opinion.
(You have received a message from me and I received your automated reply saying you’d respond shortly?!! And I can see that it says “seen” by you. I sent it on the 12th December. I don’t want to go round in circles about it. I just don’t see how it’s an error your end yet you say it was down to me to contact you about it prior to shipping....🤷🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️)
On a final note, maybe check your Facebook messenger page for errors then as well as your postage calculator on your website? If I could add screenshots onto here then I 100% would do that as “proof” As I did TRY to contact you privately. Once again I can’t help it if there’s an error your end. Keep the refund, maybe you need it more than me. Happy Christmas to you all.
