Excellent at keeping in touch which is paramount when you are stressed at the thought of no childcare.

Jo has been amazing with the registration process to join the Harmony and Home Nanny Agency. I had a positive interview experience with Becca at harmony at home. Communication started off strong, and I was excited about the opportunity. However, once I met the family I would be working with, it became clear that the hourly rate I had previously discussed with Becca hadn’t been communicated to them. I’m no longer housekeeping for this family, I reached out to Becca multiple times via phone and email for clarification, but unfortunately, my messages were ignored and no response back at all. I’ve experienced issues with underpayment and not being paid extra hours i’ve worked for serval months. I’m no longer working with this company, and I felt disappointed by the lack of follow-through and communication after what began as a very promising process.

Fiona was so brilliant at helping us with our very last minute search for a nanny after I had unplanned back surgery and suddenly found myself unable to pick up our toddler. She worked so quickly and efficiently, including answering my questions over the weekend and getting things finalised. And most importantly found us the most brilliant temp nanny who within hours of arriving had helped with so many things; already wondering what I am going to do without her once the placement ends!

I have been in childcare for over 30 years and have worked with many agencies over this time. I found a role on Harmony at Home and registered with Jo. Firstly the interview was thorough and the jobs provided for me met my requirements (not always a given)

Secondly Jo's communication both with written job spec and her response to messages and calls were second to none. I would message in the evening or weekends expecting an out of office response, but Jo never seemed to switch off.... this is dedicated and hugely professional. She called before and after interviews and gave feedback from clients also.

As a nanny if I was to model an agency, it would be based on Harmony at Home. I am hoping I will never need to work with anyone else again!!
